| 1 | Refurbishment, Strengthening, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Pump Sets Nos. 1 to 3 of 10 MGD Capacity at Sayyed Nangloi Sewage Pumping Station. The details of execution of the work are as under: Arrangement and provision of all necessary safety equipment and protective measures for the safety of staff working in deep areas, including ventilation and gas-freeing arrangements to eliminate toxic gases and prevent accidents during execution of the work at site, in accordance with applicable NHRC guidelines and safety requirements. |
| 2 | Disconnection of all electrical connections, including isolation and removal of associated cables, control wiring, and accessories. The motor shall be decoupled from the pump, and the pump shall be disconnected from the suction and delivery pipelines by cutting, dismantling, and using suitable manual tools and equipment, as required for safe removal. |
| 3 | Dismantling of the pump set from the M.S. base frame by cutting rusted nuts and bolts using a gas cutter and electric welding set. Removal of all suction and delivery-side nuts and bolts, followed by safely lifting and lowering the pump and motor to ground level. |
| 4 | Removal of the M.S. base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting the foundation bolts using a gas cutter/electric welding set, as required. The base frame shall thereafter be safely lifted and lowered to ground level using a suitable crane and necessary lifting arrangements. |
| 5 | Demolition of the entire RCC foundation size 11 f (L) × 5.5 f (W) × 3.5 f (D) using pneumatic power hammers, chisels, electric compressor machines, and other necessary equipment, including the complete removal, loading, transportation, and disposal of the resulting debris at an approved location. |
| 6 | Supplying and fixing of 600 mm x 520 mm diameter delivery-side taper as per required size, complete with stainless-steel nuts and bolts, including all necessary materials, accessories, and fittings required for proper installation and ensuring a leak-proof connection. Make: IS standards. |
| 7 | Supplying and fixing of 700 mm x 520 mm diameter suction-side taper as per required size, complete with stainless-steel nuts and bolts, including all necessary materials, accessories, and fittings required for proper installation and ensuring a leak-proof connection. Make: IS standards. |
| 8 | Making of RCC foundation size 14 ft (L) × 5.5 ft (W) × 3.5 ft (D) using 1:2:4 cement concrete with MS reinforcement mesh, including the provision and installation of 8 Nos. SS nuts and bolts of suitable size. |
| 9 | Providing and fabrication of a new M.S. base frame using C-Channel of size 150 × 75 × 8 mm and 8 mm thick M.S. plate, including cutting of M.S. plates and blocks by gas cutter/electric welding set, welding, fitting, and fixing of 8 Nos. new M.S. plates and blocks of suitable size, as required. |
| 10 | Installation of the new M.S. base frame on the RCC foundation, including proper positioning, leveling, alignment, and securing of the base frame with suitable nuts, bolts, and necessary accessories. |
| 11 | Providing and fabrication of 2 Nos new M.S. bend using 8 mm thick M.S. plate, as per site requirements, including cutting of M.S. plates by gas cutter/electric welding set, welding, and fitting of flanges on both sides of size 600 × 520 mm complete with stainless-steel nuts and bolts, as required for proper installation and connection of the pump set, complete in all respects. |
| 12 | Installation of new 10 MGD capacity pumps on the RCC foundation, including proper positioning, leveling, alignment, and secure fastening to the base frame using suitable nuts, bolts and all necessary accessories. The new pumps shall be provided by the DJB. |
| 13 | Providing and fixing neoprene packing, stainless-steel (SS) nuts, bolts, washers, and other necessary accessories of suitable size and specifications, as required for proper installation |
| 14 | Re-assembling of the pump with all new and refitting of the complete pump set in its original position with proper alignment. The work shall include making all electrical connections, including LRS, panel and motor, testing and commissioning of the motor pump set under on no load & full-load conditions.
