| 3 | Dismantling of existing electric connection from motor, de-fastening of fasteners, de coupling of coupling from the motor and pump. Separating motor and pump from the base frame and placing them at safe place in pump house by Crane and Manual Labour. |
| 4 | Demolishing of existing RCC foundation as required for fresh foundation, This includes removing of malba of RCC from the foundation side by the heavy labour from the depth from ground floor to outside of pump house. |

| 11 | Installation of above motor pump sets after fixing the MS foundation with all allied works i.e fixing of the motor and pump and coupling, fixing required size reducer, enlarger, elbow etc as per site requirement including all allied electrical, mechanical and civil work necessary to make functional the pump-motor set be operational (even if not included into the estimate), watch and ward, taking ali safety precaution, arranging all tools and tackles i/c welding set gas cuter etc. including Cartages loading and unloading of material and machine and all tools and tackles with to fro charges. & Testing and commissioning of all E&M equipment at no load and at full load successfully with vibrations.
