| 3 | Dismantling of 12 meter high roof top tower skelton made of structural steel members and other accessories etc. including dismembering, unbolting of bracings, like , cable tray rack, lightening arrestor and anchor bolts embedded in RCC slab by suitable mechanical arrangement, sorting the members, stacking in countable position within 50M lead, including stacking of fixtures all material to be stacked as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The contractor must prioritize the safety of working labour, general public and adjacent properties while executing all these activities,. Compehensive safety measures, safe lifting and dismantling procedures, must be implemented by the contractor and strictly followed throughout the entire dismantling and removal operation.) The item includes all operations, tools & plants (T&P), equipment, machinery, etc., required for execution of the work. |
