| 1 | Sweeping and cleaning of common area/ paved/ unpaved area etc. in front and back of buildings/ residential quarters , staircase, roads, pathways and parking including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township by rickshaw trolley etc all complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Area to be cleaned daily in all working days/twice in a week and as and when required, shall be about 58244 sq.m. per month with provision of rational deduction for not attending/ unsatisfactry the item while measuring for payment.) |

| 3 | Proper and efficient cleaning & sweeping of the floors, staircase,corridors,lift,lobby's and other space including removal of cobweb from ceiling and walls and disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. (Area to be cleaned daily in all working days and as and when required, shall be about 30534 sq.m. per month with provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatishfactory execution of the item while measuring qty for payment) |
| 4 | Wet mopping of all types of flooring / tiles including Cleaning of all kinds of spot like tea, spitting on walls etc. all complete except cement concrete flooring with detergent powder or other approved floor cleaner before scheduled office opening time. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Area to be mopped daily in all working day/ twice in a week as and when required, shall be about 36577 sq.m. per month with provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuring qty for payment) |
| 5 | Proper and efficient cleaning and washing of the toilets, wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc. using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providing and filling liquid soap in soap containers, nepthelene balls, urinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier) and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete.(Area to be cleaned daily in all working day and as when required, shall be about 1768 sq.m. per month with provision of rational deduction for not attending/ unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuring qty for payment) |
