No extra payment is admissible for dewatering. 3) All suitable excavated material shall be used for Railway embankment with lead of 1km and all lift. 4) The decision of MRVC regarding classification of soil is final and binding.5) Rate of item is inclusive of all cost of transportation of excavated material from cut site to fill site with all contractors labour, vehicle, dumper, loading, unloading, lead & lift etc. complete 6) The rate is inclusive of lighting arrangement required during night working.7) The rates are inclusive of all safety measures to be adopted for protection of structures etc. in the vicinity of works, obtaining license from local authority.8) The rate is inclusive of all required tests as per latest RDSO’s guidelines. 9) The work within 3.5m from existing track centre shall be done only in traffic block, during day/night.10) Rate is inclusive of disposing of unsuitable soil/earth within Railway land with all lead and lift. It, suitable space is not available with in Railway land for disposal of unsuitable soil/earth, cost of transportation will be paid for disposing soil outside Railway land under relevant item of Western Railway USSOR 2021/CPWD DSR 2021. |

The fencing shall be minimum 1.2m high with 1.8 m RCC concrete post placed ever 2 m apart embedded in cement concrete block (M-15) of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.6 m, provided with hooks etc., Every 15th post (or nearer if there is an abrupt change in ground slope), last but one end post, and corner post shall be strutted on both sides, and end post on one side only, with struts embedded in cement concrete (1:2:4) blocks of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.6m. The fencing shall be provided with 5 horizontal lines and two diagonals of G.I. barbed wire 9.38 kg/100m (min) between the two posts, fitted and fixed with G.I. staples driven into the posts.The fencing shall include two bands (red and white), 300mm long, painted with water-bound paints on the posts from the top. Two bands (100mm apart) of yellow luminous tape, 50mm in width, shall be pasted on the top white band.The rate includes the cost of all materials, including cement. After execution of all works requiring safety fencing in a particular stretch, the fencing shall be removed with the approval of the Engineer-in-charge, the formation shall be repaired to its profile, and the released materials will become the contractor’s property. |

Notes: -1. The amount against this item will be released in proportion to the percentage of value of work done & billed in each interim payment.2. Penalty will be imposed for failure or violations in implementation of SHE manual provisions as mentioned in Part V of SHE Manual.4. | 17 | Providing and Fixing temporary barricading to enclose construction area of minimum 2.40 meters high with mild steel angle frame of size 75 x 75 x 8 mm and GI corrugated sheet of 0.5 mm thickness as per the approved drawing and as per specifications, including foundations. The rate includes one coat of red oxide primer before erection, two coats of approved paint & shade (including MRVC logo at every 15-20 metre) as per the specifications, erecting in position, welding / bolting.
