2Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling/heating having 100% hermetically sealed inverter type twin Rotary/Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors (with individual seperate PCB) for above 14HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R-410-A Refrigerant or equivalent, vibration Isolators with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. To have better efficiency condensor fan shall be capable to operate at different speed with respect to load. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity and in confirmation as per IS 18728:2024 and CPWD Specifications and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping.
3The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 39 Degree Celcius. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply and BMS compatible. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The condenser should be coated with a hydrophilic film to prevent water accumulation on the surface of the heat exchanger, enhance water dispersion, and reduce the risk of degradation, thereby improving overall performance and durability. The Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (ISEER) of the unit shall be as per Energy Conservation and Sustainable Building Code (ECSBC) 2024 as below and complete as per CPWD specification, connections, inter connections etc. as required. (For capacity <40 kWr ISEER 6.4, Capacity > 40 and <70 ISEER 6.5, Capacity > 70 ISEER 6.6 for ECSBC Building) For Cooling and Heating (Both)

5Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Controller/Manager with touch screen display accessible through remote views to include the indoor plan layout view, icon view and list view and menus for system configurations. This will allow the users to put limitations on the maximum and minimum temperatures and ensures an appropriate room temperature. This system shall be compatible with connecting Minimum 256 nos. indoor units and remote access to a PC/ BMS through LAN/Wi-fi network. The controller enables monitoring of the VRF system's operation, including temperature, fan speed, and other parameters.
6Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Y/T/Multi Joints. Joints shall be of same Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) make as of ODUs and IDUs

10AHU Construction: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built floor mounted double skin type DX Air Handling Units made of 48+/-2 mm thick panels (Density:40+/-2 KG/Cu.m.) consisting of G.I. Casing of thickness 0.8 mm pre-coated outside layer and 0.8 mm thick GI sheet inside layer with polyurethene foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with plug fan suitable for static pressure as detailed below, cooling coil section with machanically bonded aluminium finned copper tubes (tube thickness not less than 0.3 mm) cooling coil, filter section with filter having filteration efficiency and particle size matching TEFC drive motor suitable for 415+10% volts, 50 + 3% Hz, 3 phase, A.C. supply, minimum IP 55, drain connections, with stainless steel drain pan duly insulated , and necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc. complete as per specifications and drawings of following capacities.
11The unit shall be supplied with electronic expansion valve/s (Dx), thermostat/s, control wiring and corded remote & all accessories as required for completing the installation. The price shall be inclusive of these items. AHUs shall be of following design parameters:
12Cooling Coil: -COIL- 1 No. 6 Row deep DX cooling coil of Copper material with tube thickness of 0.3 mm Copper and Aluminium fins with fin spacing 11-13 fin/inch and Copper Header, Coil size shall be selected for air velocity of 500 ft/minute. Condensing tray of 22G SS-304 material.
13Fan and Motors: - AHU must have Airfoil design direct driven centrifugal Fan with IE3 energy efficiency motor. Fan motors shall be energy efficient with IE-3 grade with IP-55 protection. Motors shall be especially designed for quiet operation. Drive to fan shall be provided through Direct drive arrangement. Fans impeller shall be selected for minimum efficiency of 75%. Fan section with SISW centrifugal direct driven plug fan,motor and spring isolators and IP-20 VFD.
14Mixing Box: - Mixing box should have low leakage damper . The section should maintain proper length for proper air circulation.
15Accessories:LED light with cable; view port and cable gland should provide in fan sections by manufacturer (to protect further leakage).
16Filter section with 50 mm thick box type pre-filter (MERV-8) and Filter section with EAC filter with carbon filter.UVGI section with UV lamp.
17AHU sound pressure level should not be more than 78 db(A) at the distance of 1m from the unit.
18Unit Should have: Mixing box, Filter sections with , Coil section, Fan section.
19Supply/Return Air - The air handling units should have aluminium volume control dampers with % Open & Close marking
20There will be access door across every section of AHU. Vendor should have to take approval on type of Doors (Hinge type or removable type)

The feeder pillar/ panel shall have nonhygroscopic supports with detachable side with hinge and locking. The panel/ feeder pillar should be made with 1.6 CRCA sheet. The panel shall be comprised of indicator and feeder nomenclature (if required) as per direction of site-in-charge.
57Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated metal clad dust and vermin proof- floor/wall mounted/ recessed/ surface feeder pillar / Panel double/ Single door , 200-250 mm depth duly powder coated spray painted with suitable Busbar up to 250 Amp capacity as required and separate chamber for instruments e.g. Ampere meter, Volt meter, frequency meter, KWH meter etc. & chamber for switch gears (like I/C & O/G MCB's/MCCB's, C/o switch with extentionable/rotary handle etc.) as required. The feeder pillar/ panel shall have nonhygroscopic supports with detachable side with hinge and locking. The panel/ feeder pillar should be made with 1.6 CRCA sheet. The panel shall be comprised of indicator and feeder nomenclature (if required) as per direction of site-in-charge.
58Providing and fixing 250 A, 35 KATPMCCB and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel,making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required.
59Supply and laying of aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, armoured, PVC sheathed cable, 1100V grade, 3.5 core 185 mm² on existing RCC / HUME / METAL Pipe of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-In-charge, complete in all respects. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor as required etc.
60Supply and laying of aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, armuored, PVC sheathed cable, 1100V grade, 3.5 core 185 mm² at a depth of 750 mm below ground level including excavation and refling the trench over a cushion of 75mm thick sand alround and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respects. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. The cable shall be laid by boring the road as required and compaction of soil & repairing of surface in prior shape shall be done properly.
61Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3 ½/ 4 core 185 mm²(57 mm) PVC cable insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.
