Surface Protection - Epoxy painting on frame and backside (1 coat primer + 2 top coats) with anti-corrosive coating. Smooth edges and rounded corners to avoid sharp finishes., Transportation - Safe transportation, loading, unloading and delivery of boards to designated locations within Shoranur Municipality. Installation - Installation using SS/GI anchor bolts, nuts and washers. Proper alignment and firm fixing. Minimum 1.2 m height from ground level for free-standing boards, Testing & Commissioning - Checking stability, visibility and proper installation at each site.
