Surface Cleaning, sealing of internal & external cracks in concrete structure by epoxy grouting and cement grouting 2. GI hand railing repair including partially replacement of corroded pipes including vertical pipes ends in concrete which are damaged due to corrosion. 3. SS ladder from opening of top dome to bottom dome. 4. Hydro testing of OHT. 5. Cement /Epoxy grouting for water tightness if leackage observed during hrdro testing 6. The food grade epoxy coating of FOSRAC / Ciba-geigy or reputed brand on inside surface area of water container after testing for water tightness. 7. Dismantling and reconstruction of floor, apron, inlet outlet, overflow and washout valve chambers. 8. Replacement of all sluive valves and construction of sluice valve chambers (inlet, outlet and washout). 9. Replacement of damaged CI D/F vertical pipes as required. 10. Replacement of water level indicator and lightening conductor as required 11. Two coat apex ultima painting over one coat primer of approved color after finishing of RCC surface with grinder, reparing of pin holes, unevenness etc. complete required for completion of all works as per direction of Engineer In-charge.
