Place the underlay using a steel trowel with notches. To remove any entrapped air from the coating use spike roller immediately after spreading. Anchor near walls, around columns /foundations and at edges of trenches/cutters /bays and expansion joints. |

At any one end in the room, copper strip should be extended out for connection of earthing. |

Then add entire component B (Hardener) slowly, ensuring complete dispersion. After all of components have been added, mix for a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes. After stirring, wait for 5 minutes to ensure escape of entrapped air. Apply three component self levelling antistatic epoxy coat on the surface with notched trowel and finish the same with spiked roller. The material once mixed should be used within its specified pot life; the material is poured on to the primed surface and spread evenly to the required thickness with a 'V' notched steel trowel. After spreading, the wet epoxy should be firmly rolled with a spiked nylon roller to help release any entrapped air in the material and assist levelling and removing any tool marks. The rolling should be carried out using a 'back and forth' technique along the same path. An overlap of 50% with adjacent paths is recommended. |
