| 1 | Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of Existing R.O. plant of capacity 4000LPH at Tis Hazari Court by deputing one number operator cum wiremen and one number helper from 9am to 5pm on all working days excluding Sunday & holidays for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above plant & providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing & repairing, as & when required. The operator & Khallasi should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc as required. |
| 2 | Annual maintenance contract of R.O plant capacity 4000 LPH installed at roof top of Tis Hazari Cour including all electricals and electronic spares i.e. starter motor, rotameter, MCB, pH meter, TDS meter, washing, rinsing of sand filter, rising of activated carbon filter, all pipe fittings, dosing pumps, electronic panels including overhauling pump set, replacement of bearings, replacement of water seals, gasket, replacement of pipe lines excluding consumable items to make RO plant work smoothly and satisfactorily comprising for mandatory weekly visit by expert technicians etc as required at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
