| 10 | 1) Removal of blade assembly from the dozer. 2) Removal of track master bolts and separation of both worn out track chains from the equipment. 3) Removal of sprocket segments on both side. 4) Fixing of major bogies in position using welding of suitable sized plates. 5) Lifting the equipment using hydraulic jacks. 6) Removal of bolts and cap for roller removal from the bogie. 7) Removal of track roller frames and its worn out pad assembly, covers and guides. 8) Removal of worn out idler and its cap & bolts. 9) Installation of new pad assembly, covers & guide and assembly of track roller frame. 10) Installation of new idler assembly. 11) Installation of sprocket segments, rollers and carrier rollers. 12) Installation of new track chains. 13) Installation of blade assembly. |
