Stiffeners made up of minimum14 swg gi sheet in c shapes to be provided below platform for additional safety. Hexagon Double Deck (2500 mm or more and 900 mm or more)- hex platform made up of minimum 14 swg gi sheet. The size of platform diagonally to be minimum 2200 mm. Stiffeners made up of minimum 14 swg gi sheet in c-shapes to be provided below platform for additional safety. The platform will be mounted on minimum 80 nb b class gi pipe of reputed make (jindal/bhushan/tata) two no of hex. Bracing frame made up of minimum 15 nb gi b class pipesof reputed make (jindal/ bhushan/tata) to be provided for stability of platform. House Canopy: made up of lldpe rotomoulded plastic.this is in the shape of house roof or any other altractive design. House canopy size to be minimum – 1500 mm x 1600 mm. It is fitted with chimney on top of canopy. 900 mm or more ht. Roto double wave slide- roto double wave slide is made up of specially formulated food grade lldpe mixed with uv stabilizer & antioxidants to protect it from uv rays & its effects & to prevent oxidization respectively. The chute has its end such as it causes safe landing of the child. The landing portion should be minimum horizontal with respect to the ground. There should be support provided made up of minimum 25 nb gi pipe. The length of the slide is to be minimum 2200 mm. width of the slide will be minimum 1150 mm. the slide should have two sliding portions for two kids to slide at a time. Roto Slant Bridge Minimum 2400 mm Long: it is made up of lldpe plastic. these steps are fitted on 50x50 square pipes. bridge railing is made up of minimum 20 nb ‘b’ class make gi pipe and minimum 15 nb ‘b’ class make gi pipes. plastic step size will be minimum 800 mm x 375 mm and the inside dimension of the step should be minimum 650 mm x 200 mm.this bridge will connect 2 platforms with different heights. Rock Climber minimum 2100 mm: rock climber is made up of fibre reinforcedplastic. injection moulded rock hold are fitted on same platform .it has gradent of 65+5 degree with the ground. minimum 8 rock holds will be of nylon in three to four colours. support frame should be given from the back for strength. Military Climber: the main structure is made of minimum 25 nb gi pipes.full structure is covered with nylon rope, this enabled kids to climb from 900 mm to 2500 mm (10% validation is acceptable). climb platform. this is in “c” shape form. this whole structure is covered with specially designed net nylon rope. Double Post Swing: top bar is made up of minimum 50nb gi pipe. the length of top bar is minimum 2800 mm long.side frame is made upof minimum 80 nb gi pipe. special design pipe clamps hold casting assembly of bearings. it gives noiseless and smooth movement to the swing. round cobalt coated short link chain of 6 ±1 mm dia (electric butt welded), which can carry a weight of minimum 400 kg. chain is with rubberised coating. the chain is used to hang belt seat. the “s “hook is minimum10±2 mm thick.seat is made up of rubber with non- skid surface with nylon lining in sandwich pattern. belt seat should be 13±2 mm thick. triangular hooks are moulded in belt in such away that it won’t project from the top surface. Roto Shrimp Slide minimum 900 mm height: the module is made up of lldp roto moulded plastic.the inside dimension of the slide will be minimum 650 mm. the length of the slide will be minimum 1550 mm. height of the slide wall will be depth- minimum 150 mm, width minimum-425 mm, running- minimum 2000 mm. Double Slide Entry: slide entry is made up of LLDPE plastic in rotational moulding. Cross Railing: it is made in lldpe, rotational molding process. the railing is supported by minimum20nb gi pipes with nylon clamps. Roto Zigzag Slide minimum 2100 mm: the module is made up of lldperotomoulded plastic. the inside dimension of the slide will be minimum 420 mm. height of the slide wall will be depth- minimum 115mm, width – minimum 420mm, running- minimum 4000 mm. Bubble Panel- this railing is made up of rotational molding process which consists of lldpe mixed with uv stabilized food grade material for making it uv resistant. the railing is fixed on powder coated gi pipe frame of minimum 20 nb & connected with deck pipe with nylon clamps. size of the railing will be minimum 950 mm x 1075 mm x 80 mm. acrylic bubble dome of minimum 8 mm thick id fixed in panel. Cross & Zero- Cross & Zero Cubes: made of linear low density plastic in rotational moulding process. the lldpe used is non ageing, non-toxic, foodgrade and uv stabilised. wall thickness is minimum 4 mm. the railing is supported by minimum 20nb gi pipes with nylon clamps. Roto Staircase: height 900 mms taircase is made of lldpe plastic step. four to five steps are fitted on minimum 50x50 square pipes. all plastic steps size will be 750 mm x 200 mm (5% variation is permitted). railing is made up of minimum 20 nb gi pipes.
