Supply Of ungalvanised steel 20mm wire rope , ungalvanised steel 20mm wire rope sling with one end of the sling crimped hydraulically with standard ferrule and forged solid thimble. the bore of thimble sho uld be 28+0.033,-0.00. the wire rope shall be of ordinary lay steel core , 6/36 constructi on,tensile strength of 1770n/sqmm as per is-2266 latest. effective length of the wire ro pe from centre of thimble to free end should be 48 mtrs. the wire rope should be for u se in class iv hot metal handling eot crane of steel melting shop. make : m/s usha marti n note: a) the forged solid thimble shall be as per is-2315 . b) proof load test certificat e for wire rope sling as per is :5245 from competent person should accompany the supp ly. specn: as per is-2266 latest. ]
