1Construction and fabrication of temporary structure for shoring around work site by supplying Cold Formed Steel Sheet Pilling, Z-Type or U-Type as per IS:2314 1986, up to Amendment No.1 June 2018, structural steel material conforming to Grad Designation E 250 (Fe 410 W), of IS 2062: 2006 having minimum yield strength of 250 N/mm², at worksite including all statutory taxes, duties and incidental charges, having minimum thickness, mass and elastic modulus within the permissible range as shown below; A) for use in all temporary structures e.g., shoring, coffer dams etc. i) Range of minimum thickness (excluding tolerance) at any part in mm (tmin) : 8.0≤ tmin ≤8.5(ii) Range of Mass (Kg / sq.m) : 97.3≤M≤108.60(iii) Range of Section Modulus (cm3) : 1037 ≤Z ≤ 1759 including supply and fixing of ISMB/ISMC supporting steel structures weighing not less than 22.50 kg/m. required for construction of sheet pile wall and Driving of sheet piles, supporting structure etc. by vibro-hammer and carriage of all equipment including cost of material as site as per drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge and Extraction of the driven sheet pile and supporting structure carefully by chain pulley block or equivalent arrangement after completion of the work and taking back the sheet pile etc.as salvaged materials complete from the working site by the agency. The cost is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, carriage of materials to site and taking back of extracted salvaged materials all complete in all respect.
2Excavation for Structures. Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.A) In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means.
3a) Depth upto 3 m. i) With pumping out water excluding shoring.
4b) 3 m to 6 m depth. i) With pumping out water excluding shoring.
5Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.Using : fine sand (Gr-III as per IS: 382-1970)
6Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.
7Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
8Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.A) Pakur Variety.Cement: PPC/PSC/OPC(33 Grade).
9Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.A) Pakur Variety. Cement: PPC/PSC/OPC(33 Grade).

Using Concrete Mixer;i) For solid slab super-structure;a) Height upto 5m.Note : From durability consideration, the value of minimum cement content and maximum water cement ratio to be considered in the mix design shall be as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. During the execution of the item necessary quantity of approved plasticizers to obtain the desired workability and strength is to be added, cost of which has been incorporated in the rate of the item.Cement : OPC 33 /PSC / PPC.
11Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Sub- structure with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality, cement and water reducing admixtures, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification including the cost of necessary form work and staging complete as per drawing and technical specifications.A) RCC Grade M25;i) Height upto 5m;a) Using concrete Mixer.Note : From durability consideration, the value of minimum cement content and maximum water cement ratio to be considered in the mix design shall be as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 53Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specifi cation and as per direction of the EIC. 54Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. 55Acrylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturer's specification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface.A) Two Coats.
56Lime terracing on roof with lime concrete(2:2:7) (2 lime putty / paste : 2 surki : 7 brick khoa ) laid to proper slope, throughly beaten and cured including top finishing, providing ghoondies at junction with parapet etc., shaping and finishing at mouths of rain water pipes, complete as per direction.A) Roof of one storied structure (Payment to be made on surface area of terracing including ghoondies.)i) 75 mm. thick (average).
57Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain /Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.
58Bailing out water by pump including all leads and lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal, where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
59Making filter with well graded 40 mm down ballasts and laying uniformly behind weep holes, below pitching on bed, side slopes including supply and carriage of all materials to site including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm depth, where necessary and compacting with wooden malllet after laying to achieve designed section as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge (measurementswill beon finished work /in stack after deducting necessary void).A) Jhama ballast.
60Supplying at site and laying in position UV stabilized polypropylene woven geotextile of 430 gsm as filter, as per specification, including cost of preparing the bed, placing the geotextile as per profile with at least 15cm lapping, wherever required and anchorage at top, sewing / welding the overlapped portion, storage and transportation by all means, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Note: 1. Payment to be made on measurement of finished surface without lapping, but including anchoring length at top.2. Payment will be made subject to the result of 3rd Party Testing, to be done by the Engineer-in-charge departmentally.
61Cast-in-situ cement concrete blocks or lining units as per designed section and specification, in nominal mix proportion 1:1.5:3 (corresponding to M20 Grade) with well graded 20 mm down stone metal aggregate, laid in position by casting in alternative panels or otherwise to keep a gap of 12mm between the adjacent units, over a layer of polythene sheet of thickness not less than 100 um to act as a separator between the bottom surface of the block and the filter material laid below the blocks, including dressing, ramming, shuttering, finishing the exposed surface by trowel without adding any additional cement cement and sand mortar, curing and filling the gaps between the adjacent units by 5.6 mm down coarse aggregate to be compacted properly, with all leads and lifts including supply and carriage of all materials, complete, without the cost of sand cusion / filter.A) Stone Aggregates of Pakur Provisions of the latest Departmental Manual for Liningin Irrigation Canals are to befollowed

64M.S. gate of Jail type as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work, intermediate stiffeners and round / square bars or angles. 66Supplying, fitting galvanised 3 ply 12 gauge / 4 points line of barbed wire in fencing (holes already made in the body of the post) or fixed by staples tightening and fixing the wires in taut condition with straining bolts including the cost of cutting and of lapping joints in the wire as necessary but excluding the cost of galvanised staples,straining bolt and binding wire where necessary.
