Name of Work:- Day to day repair and maintenance works to Staff quarters at L.S Road BSNL SQ Compound, Guwahati. ( FY 2026-27)

2Providing and fixing bright finished brass pivot to aluminum door i/c removing unserviceable pivot existing at site, fixing new pivot with required screws etc. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
3Repairs to side hung steel window leaves of size 450x1200mm approx. against improper functioning including replacing the existing faulty hinges by box type hinges, making good the jambs and soffits for free movement of window leaves complete as per of direction Engineer-in-Charge.
4Taking out wooden or Aluminium doors, windows shutters of any size and refixing the same after repairing, easing, changing of hinges, taper clip, cleat angle etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
5Removal of chockage of floor trap, Nahani trap, water closet and associated C.I. pipe and bend to effect smooth flow of wastes by pressure pushing, flexible wire and taking out refuses and dispose off etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
6Cleaning of sewer manholes etc.,at all depths. cost includes all labour for removing the sludge, silt, slush, waste etc., from the manholes and rodding the sewer lines by mobile sewer roding equipment from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, including chokes in gully traps etc.and disposing the waste outside the compound etc., (No of Manhole will be counted for payment,)
7Engagement of plumber for attending and rectifying day to day plumbing maintenance complaints for various buildings including technical building and staff quarters. The rate is inclusive of all T&P required, scaffoldings, jhula, ladder etc., and all necessary safety measures for working on external surface. All materials required for maintenance works shall be paid in separate item. The complaints shall be attended at once during working hours or at any time as per requirement. No transportation charges will be paid for attending the complaints at various locations under kamrup BA. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
8Engagement of Carpenter for attending and rectifying day to daycarpentry repair works for various buildings including technical building and staff quarters. The rate is inclusive of all T&P required, scaffoldings, jhula, ladder etc., and all necessary safety measures for working on external surface. All materials required for maintenance works shall be paid in separate item. The complaints shall be attended at once during working hours or at any time as per requirement. No transportation charges will be paid for attending the complaints at various locations under kamrup BA. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Labour (Beldar / sweeper) Supply for miscellaneous works such as cleaning of terrace or other maintenance works, help to plumber etc. on per day basis as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of all T&P required, scaffoldings, jhula, ladder etc., and all necessary safety measures for working on external surface. All materials required for maintenance works shall be paid in separate item. The complaints shall be attended at once during working hours or at any time as per requirement. No transportation charges will be paid for attending the complaints at various locations under Kamrup BA.
10Clearing of choked rain water pipes, sanitary pipes etc. manually/ mechanically (one pipe connection upto a length of 6.00 Mtr) all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
11Cleaning of septic tank upto 8.00 Cum capacity (excluding free board) i/c disposal of sludge by either engaging mechanical cess pool cleaning wherever feasible or by engagement of manual labour in a pit including earth work in excavation and refilling after sludge disposal upto a lead of 50m all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
12Extra for cleaning of Septic tank beyond 8.00 Cum (excluing free board) capacity of Septic tank
13Repairing of wash basin including changing of the C.I. Brackets / waste couplings etc including cutting and making good the walls wherever require :
14Repairing of P.V.C. low level flushing cistern including replacing of the control device handle lever, Syphon, bend pipe, washer etc whichever required and make it in workable conditions all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
15Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) ball valve, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including jointing with pipes & fittings by one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. :Internal work - Exposed on wall.

23Providing at site of work various sanitary/ water supply fittings/ items of approved and ISI quality as and when required and as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge for day to day maintenance works. (Note: Labour shall be covered in the relevant agreement item.)

66Providing & erecting single scaffolding system on the external side of building upto three storey height made of best quality bamboo ballies @ 1.50 m centre to centre in both directions including bracing & stiffening as required.
67Attending leakage from the nahani trap by dismantling the tiles,nahani trap,Cement concrte around it, replacing dismantled nahani trap with new 2 way nahani trap of approved quality 110mm x 75mm dia including providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe in 110mm side of trap 15mm below finished floor level.(approx length 10 to15cm) , jointing of pipe and filling outer space of trap with cement mortor 1:3 (1Cement:3 coarse sand )and finishing top with white cement to match shade of tile etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

73Deep cleaning of ceramic tile flooring / dado by rubbing with scrubbers, using mild acid and detergent powder complete as directed.
74Providing and fixing PTMT Health faucet of approved make fitted with 1.00 Meter Flexible Hose Pipe and Wall Hook (Jet Spray for Toilet) and making good the wall etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
75i)Providing and fixing PTMT health faucet with 1.00 Meter Flexible Hose Pipe including holder complete etc.,
76Providing and fixing UPVC floor trap 100mm dia inlet and 75mm dia outlet. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-chaarge.
