| 1 | Material and labour for lifting and re- assembling of hangar doors leaf of size 15mtr height and any size in width approx weight of 6 Ton per leaf for repair and replacement of damaged / unserviceable parts by dismantling with providing necessary hydraulic jacks 3 Ton capacity including provision of necessary scaffolding complete for repair / replacement of unserviceable spares, testing and commissioning for smooth function of complete hangar door by manually / motorised all complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | NOTE :- All spares like bearings, wheels, chain sets, oil, sensors, buzzers etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ and Contractor should visit the site for any sample as existing at site before quoting the tender to avoid any dispute at later stage. |

| 12 | Supply and fix Rubber Beading of size 10mm thick in bottom or sides of each door leaf fixed with MS flat 25 mm wide, 5mm thick including fixing with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 13 | Comprehensive maintenance of Hangar doors including top / bottom wheels, top rollers rails of hangar doors leaf slides on that including cleaning with sand paper and oil/suitable material for surface of complete track rail and making free to move in top and side of rail and examination, adjustment of electrically operated hangar doors, including repair / replacement of indicating lamps, read / proximity switches, push buttons and servicing of gear box assembly by opening and cleaning of chain sets and greasing and refixing etc as recommended for smooth and trouble free operation of hangar doors including scaffolding required for the repairing the following doors of approx 15 mtrs height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge |
