Sl. No. Item Description
1Dismantling existing water storage tanks of any capacity exc 500 litres and n exc 1000 litres, setting aside and removing to store, complete all as specified and as directed.
2Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank(Triple layer), cylindrical vertical with closed top, 1000 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed.
3Supply and fixing brass ball valve, high pressure, 20 mm dia, with polyethylene float and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.
4Demolition of cement concrete flooring, paving and roof surfaces below or above ground level, unreinforced, not exceeding 15 cm thickness, including breaking up, removal of debris from site and disposal outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate inclusive of removal of debris outside defence land.
5Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken flooring for fiiling etc all as specified and as directed.
6Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams; sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; fair and rough surface finishes; including vertical or battered faces and incidental works complete all as specified and directed.
7M&L for cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 mix, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate, in roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered edges, lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, sills, steps, seismic and similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex weatherings, including slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating, and necessary formwork Complete all work as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
8M&L for cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 mix, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate, to fill up the hollow portion of the frame and necessary formwork Complete all work as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 mix, using 20 mm graded aggregate, as in flooring/plinth protection,finished even and smooth using with extra cement Complete all work as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
11M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks /block masonry/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid WPC of approved make @ 200 ml per bag of cement manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-ChargeNote: WPC Paid seperate under relevant item
12M&L for 20 mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar1:4 including mixing of liquid WPC of approved make @ 200ml per bag of cement / manufacturer's instructionsand the plaster shall be done in two coats of 10mm and 10mm thick respectively, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-ChargeNote: WPC Paid seperate under relevant item
13M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick/block/stone or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and as directed.
14Supplied only WPC complete all as specified and directed.
15Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 1 00% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) witti silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete
16M&L for preparing New plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall and one coat of primer
17M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall plaster surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 2 mm thick wall putty including primer complete all as specified and directed
18Preparation of surfaces of ceilings, including cornices (plastered or unplastered) of any description, sand-papered and dusted, and applying one coat of oil-bound distemper, complete, all as specified and directed
19Providing and applying Acrylic Smooth Exterior Paint of required shade on new work, after complete removal of the existing surface, with two or more coats applied at 1.67 litres per 10 sq.m, over and including one coat of exterior primer applied at 2.20 kg per 10 sq.m, complete as specified and directed.
20Providing and laying fair finished cement concrete drain/channel of 30 cm internal girth, using extra cement for smooth finish, including all materials, labour, formwork, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, finishing surfaces, curing and all incidental works complete as specified and directed.
21M&L for cement concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels, culverts and drains, including demolition/removal of existing concrete and all as specified and directed
22M&L for APP-based modified pre-fabricated five-layer waterproofing membrane, 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/m², reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric mat (160 g/m²), black finished. The surface shall be primed with compatible primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30 L/m² and IS 17029 bonding material 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/m² before and after laying.The membrane shall be laid by torch method with side overlaps of 75 mm and longitudinal overlaps of 100 mm. At junctions of roof and parapet walls, a groove of 20 × 20 mm shall be provided at a height of 100 mm, into which the membrane shall be inserted and sealed with bituminous mastic. All overlaps/joints shall be sealed with hot 85/25 bitumen.Finally, two coats of waterproofing aluminium paint shall be applied over the APP membrane.Including the dismantling the existing membrane Work to be executed as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
23Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar, in order to part demolition, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, and precast PCC blocks, complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for old size fly ash brick masonry, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed
25M&L for Framed work in grill,gratings,guard bars, doors or gates using angle or other steel sections, including gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering, prepared for hanging or sliding, including hooks, hinges, or steel hanging door fittings, but exclusive of steel sheeting, running rails, and guides, and including fastening and fixing, using Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality steel, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
26S&F plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and countersunk), forming holes without any attachment, similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E165, complete all as specified and directed.
27Taking down steel windows and ventilators exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from frames), complete all as specified and directed.
28S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges, steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, including one coat of zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed
29S&F steel ventilators with top hung shutters including hinges, steel peg stay, complete all as specified and directed
30S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, glazed with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.
31Preparing new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning, sanding, filling cracks/unevenness with suitable filler, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, of approved make and shade, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
32Preparing old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning, sanding, filling cracks/unevenness with suitable filler, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, of approved make and shade, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
33Demolition of stone slabs of any type, description, or thickness, including removal of all existing floor, skirting, hardstanding, apron or similar surfaces, regardless of size or pattern, carefully breaking up and taking down the tiles/slabs along with their bedding layers and pointing done in cement mortar. Work includes removing all debris, disposing of unserviceable material off the site, and cleaning the demolished area, all complete as specified and directed.
34M&L for Kota stone slab flooring, superior quality, machine-cut, 20 to 25 mm thick,with and including laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the stone, rubbed and machine-polished including final polishing, to obtain a smooth and even surface, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
35M&L for 18–20 mm thick granite for worktops, cooking/working platforms, staircases including risers and treads, steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, partitions, and similar work. Granite shall be machine-rubbed and pre-polished. Granite shall be fixed laid over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) backing layer, ensuring full adhesion. Joints shall be pointed with white cement (1:2) mixed with marble dust and approved pigments to match the shade of the granite. Triangular filleting in cement mortar (1:6) shall be provided at the top edges of tiles wherever required. Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
36M&L for 20–25 mm thick unpolished Cuddapah stone slabs, including all materials and labour, laid over approved base, with necessary vertical supports, matching the finish of adjacent granite stone, complete with jointing, pointing, and making good all disturbed surfaces, finished true to line and level, complete in all respects as specified and as directed, Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
