| 1 | Supply of vacuum pump D.V. 40 bronze impeller C-40 shaft with gland packing with 5 HP horizontal foot mounted induction motor suitable for operation of 415 +- 10% 3 phase 50 Hz +- 5 % supply with F glass insulation for ambient to IS 325 and coupled with tyre coupling with M.S. Guard and suitable M.S. Fabricated base frame with alignment of motor and vacuum pump set complete. Make: Kirloskar/ABB / Crompton/ DJB approved make. |
| 2 | Dismantling of electric connection from panel and motor, pump and motor from coupling, motor and pump removed from base frame. Removing suction and delivery lines old damaged MS base frame from foundation etc by electric cutter, gas cutter, tools and tackles, manual labour and shifting the same to JE store. |
| 3 | Breaking of existing RCC foundation of by manual means including manual tools or electric demolition hammer as per site requirement including digging upto 20 cm for laying the new foundation and disposing off malba as per instructions from engineer – in – charge within 1 km of radius from site. |
