| 1 | Dismantling of electric connection from panel and motor, pump and motor from coupling, motor and pump removed from base frame. Removing suction and delivery lines, sluice valves, NRV, old damaged MS base frame from foundation etc by electric cutter, gas cutter, tools and tackles, manual labour and shifting the same to JE store. |
| 2 | Breaking of existing RCC foundation by manual means including manual tools or electric demolition hammer as per site requirement including digging upto 50 cm for laying the new foundation and disposing off malba as per instructions from engineer – in – charge within 1 km of radius from site. |
| 3 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump including form work and finishing etc as required or as per site requirement for 75 HP motor |

| 14 | Making the complete pipeline of suction and delivery with required material handling equipments with all safety precautions for installation. The job i/c erection the complete pipeline, valve, NRV with hardware goods on each joint, connecting the delivery line of the pump with the existing header line and suction line of 60 HP pumphouse. The job includes covering the pipeline with necessary civil work for foundation and covering the pipeline with cement, while taking proper safety precautions etc as per site engineer in charge |
| 15 | Painting the complete pipeline, motor, pump sets, nrv, sluice valves etc with two coats of anti- corrosive paint as per directions of engineer in charge. |
| 16 | Re installing the motor and pump on new foundation with the help of heavy manual labour and coupling the both with proper alignment and levelling and re connecting the electric connections of motor including thimbling, taping etc as required at site or as per directions of engineer in charge. This also includes connecting the delivery and suction of pump to delivery and suction line respectively with the help of nut bolts of proper size and rubber packing with the help of fitter as required at site |
