The system shall be factory fabricated, modular, compact and suitable for transportation, installation and relocation, complete with all interconnections, consumables, fasteners and miscellaneous works.The treated effluent quality at the outlet of the DSTP shall meet the following standards or better: BOD ≤3 mg/L, COD ≤ 20 mg/L, TSS ≤ 3 mg/L, pH between 6.5 and 8.5, Nitrate (as NO₃-N) ≤ 10 mg/L, Phosphate (as PO₄-P) ≤ 2 mg/L and Fecal Coliform = zero, making the treated water suitable for reuse in Toilet Flushing, horticulture, landscaping, irrigation, water body rejuvenation and lake replenishment applications.The scope shall include design, fabrication, loading, transportation, unloading, erection, testing, commissioning, performance trial run and handing over of the complete system in satisfactory working condition. The rate shall include all materials, labour, tools and equipment required for successful commissioning and performance of the plant.
