2Earthwork excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Excavation shall be carried out manually at certain places wherever directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site to avoid breakage of existing Electrical / water connections. Quoted rate shall deemed to be include for the manual excavation and nothing extra shall be paid . (b) Old HT cable and bricks retrived during excavaion shall be removed by the contractor and quoted rate shall be inclusive for the same.
3Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
4Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.
5Supply and lay HT cable , XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade (earthed cable) with stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core x120 sqmm complete all as directed. Note: (a) HT Cable route indicator shall be provided at site and quoted rate shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The routine tests and acceptance tests as per IS 7098 (Part –II) shall be carried out at factory premises and contractor shall submit the test report alongwith paid vouchers and quoted rates shall deemed to be include for the same.
6Supply and lay GI tubes, 'light grade' galvanised 100mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches for drawing cables under road / drain /road crossings etc.complete all as specified and directed.
7Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Outdoor (IP 54) 4 way 11kV 630 Amps 21 KA/3 sec. One side / non extensible ring main unit compact switchgear consisting of 2 nos. fixed motorized vacuum circuit breaker module and 2 nos. fixed motorized load break switch module with additional BUS PT metering module and copper bus bar in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure (2 mm thick, SS304 grade). The complete RMU must be type tested for internal arc 21 KA for 1 sec with AFLR classification for gas tank & cable chamber. HT RMU shall preferably has site replaceable bushings to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works. The vaccum interrupter must RMU manufacturer's own make. Make of RMU shall be limited to : ABB/ SIEMENS/ SCHNEIDER INFRASTRUCTURE/CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd The complete RMU shall be consist of the followings:(a) Microprocessor based IDMT relay for circuit breakers - Self Powered along with series trip coil (Modbus RS 485 complaint) for each VCB Module.(b) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system with LED for all feeder and FPI in all load break switch feeder.(c) SF6 Gas pressure indicator on the gas tank.(d) Operating sequence of VCB must be O-0.3Sec-CO-3 Mins-CO and suitable for 10000 mechanical operation. Off load switch with Earth switch must be placed between VCB & Cable bushing.
8(e) CT shall be minimum 40/1A ,2.5VA , 5P20 - 3 nos. for protection(f) CT shall be minimum 40/1A, 2.5VA, Class 0.5 - 3 nos. for metering(g) Right angle boot to be provided in each module(h) 2X12V, 26AH Battery with Charger - 1 Set(i) Bus VT shall be 11KV/V3/110V/V3, 20VA, Class 0.5 - 3 nos. for metering(j) Auxiliary VT shall be 11KV/230, 500VA for AC supply input to battery Charger-01 set

11M&L for boring / drilling hole upto 150mm bore under the road in any type of soil by manually for laying cables, pipes etc. without disturbing and damaging the road portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12M&L for making bore hole under the road in any type of soil through trenchless technology by HDD (horizontal direction drilling method) including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment, preparing new pipe/cable laying work like excavation shoring/ strutting etc drilling, stringing reaming pulling back the new work on the path alignment proper disposal of drilling fluid and the ground penetrating radar survey to protect existing utilities at the pipe/cable installation location restoration of site after completion all inclusive as per and STT IS No 2.3 2.2 2.2 second edition 2008 code of practice of trenchless technology suiting Indian condition for making horizontal bore size of 250mm dia suitable for HDPE pipe insertion under the road crossing, hard standing including HDPE pipe of size 200 mm nominal dia 28.30 mm minimum wall thickness of grade PE 80 16 KG/CM2 for protection of MS pipe/cable to any depth complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :(a) The unit rate shall include for excavation earth work in any type of soil ,PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm C/C both ways funnel with 15mm bore GI watering pipe , 20mm dia GI protection pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs complete all as specified in SSR part I &II (b) Marking/painting on the earth chamber with date of test, name of machine and earth value.
14S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete as as specified and directed.
15S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete as as specified and directed.
16M&L for fine sieved excavated dry soil laid to the required width of trench at bottom and top of cable as cushioning to cable complete all as specified . Note :- Thickness shall be measured after punning
17Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 withpeak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed
18S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete as as specified and directed.
19M&L for burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size laid in trenches with equal to length of bricks across the cable for cable protection all as specified and as directed
20M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in brick pillar of required size complete all as specified and as directed .
21Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric, power cable with aluminium conductor, of size 3.5 core x 120 sqmm 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, fixed to poles etc cable complete all as specified and as directed
22Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning of transformer of capacity 160 KVA conforming to IS:2026 Level -2 with all standard fittings and accessories, step down, out door type, pole mounted, oil immersed naturally cooled type, plinth mounted, double copper wound, HT 11000 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz on primary side and 433 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire on secondary side with off load tap changer having tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage by +/- 7.5 % complete with standard fittings, cable end box both on HT and LT side, LT terminals extended with 20 mm x 3 mm \\"L\\" type copper strip connected with bracing for connecting cable lugs on LT side including initial filling of oil conforming to IS 335-1981, complete all as specified and directed, including the following: (a) 01 No cable end box on LV secondary side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing rods and nuts (b) Oil conservator with oil level gauge. (c) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agents/silica jel. (d) Explosive vent (e) Thermometer pocket (f) Two earthing terminals on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm GI strips. (g) 01 No thermometer dial type vapor pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and resetting device to maximum temperature including needles of temperature gauge max reading pained terminal.
23(h) Oil level gauge (i) Oil drain valve with plug (j) Air release valve/plug (k) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (l) Oil filling port on top cover with plate. (m) Extra bushing for neutral out side the cable box and providing independent earthing for neutral.
