Ltd.) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + 8 floors (total nine landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Location : KARAM VIHAR, Block No 129 to 135 (13 passenger lift) = 7 Nos lifts.Make - TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd (c) Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM of existing lifts i.e M/s OTIS India Pvt Ltd by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Four floor i.e total five landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed. Location : 255 Transit Camp Block = 02 Nos liftsMake - M/s OTIS India Pvt.Note :(i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM i.e Thyssen Krupp Elevators (India) & M/s OTIS India Pvt.(ii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularlyand systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth andefficient functioning of the equipment/lift.
