6Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches.
7Disposal of surplus earth and dismantled brick/cc/rcc at a distance 10km from site including loading unloading complete in all respect.
8Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.
9Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 1) - Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.
10Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) \\"WMM\\" - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
11Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means
12Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading-2 - Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.
13Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.ting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
14Bituminous Concrete - Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects
15Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work, in foundation and floors.
16Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. 19Dismantling of girders, trusses and other steel work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-In- Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).
20Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 30m distance as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Used for Earth work.
29Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k m lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
30Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work, in foundation and floors.

35Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). 36Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
37Wall painting (Two coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorative wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean all of dirt, grease loose pieces and prepare smooth.
38Precasting and placing in position 125 mm dia Bollards 600 mm high of required shape including providing M.S. Pipe Sleeve 50 mm dia 300 mm long in the Bollard and M.S. Pipes 40 mm dia and 450mm long with 150x150x6mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embedded 150mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450mm deep for the same in bitumen/concrete pavement at specified spacing.

44Providing & Laying 100x100 mm with thickness ranging from 70-90mm rough finish granite cobbles stone and shape of approved and complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. including transport ,loading ,unloading and conveyance of Grey cobbles granite from available source to work site, including labor charges for fixing the granite and pointing etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(grey cobblestones)

48Applying stamping finish to the top surface of freshly laid plain/reinforced cement concrete of specified grade in porticos,sidewalks, driveways, pool decks and open yards as perdirection of the Engineer-in-Charge. The process shall include the following:- * The concrete shall be placed and screeded to the finished grade, and floated to a uniform surface by using standard finishing techniques. The approved color hardener @ 2.7 kg/sqm shall be applied evenly to the surface of the fresh concrete by the dry shake method by sprinkling in two or more shakes, floated after each shake and trowelled only after the final floating. The approved release agent @ 0.113 kg/sqm shall be applied evenly to the trowelled surface before stamping or the said release agent can be applied to the flexible polyurethane stamp moulds of approved design and in required sizes to achieve final stamped pattern. These stampings shall be placed on the surface of concrete in three to four pieces at a time and tapped gently with rammers of sufficient size & weight to leave proper stamp marks and the process repeated for the remaining concrete surface till the whole surface to be stamped is completed within the time while concrete is in plastic stage of setting.
