| 3 | Notes for item No. 01& 02 :- (i) Type of AMC category - Platinum type(ii) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done throuhg OEM i.e. of M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Necessary intent of MoU from OEM as per Proforma & same shall be uploaded with cover -1, failing which the financial bids of that tenderer will not be opened & reject the tender in technical evaluation. (iii) The contractor will have to submit MOU from M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. within fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iv) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.(v) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (vi) The contract included for repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, emergency alaram system with hooter,governor, hoistway door locks,magnetic switches,magnets,door motor,door drive,encoder,car door safety device, Infrared screen, governors, interlock on hoistway doors, gear oil,travelling cable, indicators, LED display boards and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. |
| 4 | (vii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency.(viii) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (ix) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge.OEM Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit. (x) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per day shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues. |

| 7 | Supply and fixing of display board made up with acrylic sheet of size 200mm x 100mm with engraving the mobile Nos. of Contractor,Lift attendant/Rescuer, OEM AMC rep,JE E/M and AGE E/M with lettter size 10mm in height. The mobile number should be of fluorescent colour/ radium paint which will be visible in dark place (in case of power failure) as well in day light, display board should be tempered proof complete in lift cabin all as specified and directed. |
