Name of Work:- CERTAIN REPAIR TO BRICKWORK, PLASTERING, PAINTING, BARBED WIRE AND CONCERTINA COIL AND ALLIED WORKS AT AP AND FASF AT RAKHMUTHI UNDER GE (S) AKHNOOR.

1Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
2M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved in plane exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
3Description all as per serial item No. 2 here in before but except brick, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
4Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
5M&L for preparation and clearing of working space along compound wall n.exc. 150m in width for painthing work by removal of small shrubs, bushes, grass, weeds, creeepers, and other light vegetation obstruction acces to the wall surface. The item includes cleaning of the ground adjacent to the wall, ensuring safe and adequate working space for surface preparation and painting operations, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
6M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall , finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
7M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
8M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint different colour in different shape in camouflage pattern to match the existing colours on new plastered surface of wall over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
9M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specifed and as diretced by Engineer-In-Charge.
10Demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbis/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
11M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, beds, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
12M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
13Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing etc, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
14M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finish coloured 300mm x300mm x20/25mm thick pattern as approved by GE as in floor set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over (with greypigment cement and pigment) and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 laid over, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
15M&L for Duratuff pave-n-park cement concrete coloured tiles size 300mmx300mmx6/7mm, with chequered finish, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, with grey cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
16M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub bases of floors and pavings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
17M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any size and shape (Red and & Yellow coulour only) using PU mould confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
18M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any size and shape (Red and & Yellow coulour only) using PU mould confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
19M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in cills, steps; plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and in hold fasts or filling in hollow of steel frame, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
20Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
21Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
22M&L for mild steel works as in fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to bottom shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing razor wire etc including all drilling bolting riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
23M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth, including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome/red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
24M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description except roof top, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
25S&F for Galvanised, 2-strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.0 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), including dismantling galvanised, 2-strand, steel barbed wire with mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
26Description all as per Srl item No. 25 here in before but fixing only, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
27Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
28Supply only Chain link fencing MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(Note - Dia of main bar 4mm and cross bar 4mm)
29Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts etc including provission of binding wire and fixing with MS angle iron fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
30S&F of 10mm dia 50mm length mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
31M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint, including curing of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
32M&L for preparation of old/ decorated, un-decorated, plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
33S&F for mild steel galvanised concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil of any dia as per site requirement, 10 metre openable length (total length 142 mtrs), having 50 Nos. rounds per 6.0 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm dia galvanised wire) of high tensile strength not less than 400-450 gm/ Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 2.0 Kg/metre and fixing the same with existing Y-shaped angle iron placed 2.0mtrs apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T. (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with G.I. staple sand, 125 to 127 Nos. of G.I. clips in one coil, to retain horizontal, including necessary nuts and bolts, including taking down existing rusted/damaged concertina coil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
34M&L for formwork to fair finished surface of concrete to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
35Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in pillar, posts, struts, columns and stanchion etc. including cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
36M&L for (re-inforced) cement concrete M-25 (nominal mix) type B-1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded crushed stone aggregatge ) for columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as per specified , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
37S&F for mild steel TMT bars of 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
38S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
39Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specified for as in framed work in doors or gates of angle or other section complete with steel sheeting or other covering, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
40M&L for Mild steel work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (inclusive of MS steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

43M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of Exterior Emulsion paint (any colour), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
44M&L for mild steel framed work such as in grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; staging for of water tanks, cooler stand and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, including cutting and welding, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
