Sika@Hibond. , Polymer Modified Mortar: Supply, Provide & Applying A Pre-Batched One Component Polymer Modified Mortar (Pmm) For Repair Of Spalling And Damaged Unsound Concrete In Rcc Structural Members, Columns & Column-Wall Junction Etc., Rate Shall Include Supply Of Material, Manpower, Machinery, Tools, Surface Preparation, Application, Curing Etc., Completed As Per The Direction & Approved Product By Engineer-In-Charge. Sika Top 125 Hs. , Pmm Grouting: Supply And Successful Application Depends On Very Careful Preparation Of Surface. The Area Should Be Made Free From Oil, Grease, Dust And All Loose And Unsound Materials. Then Cracks Are Cut Open Into A V Groove About 100Mm Deep By Mechanical Or Manual Method. Loose Materials Are Removed By Compressed Air. Take 300-360 G Water For 1.0 Kg Powder In Clean Container, Pour The Powder Into The Container In Stirring Condition And Mix For 2-3 Minutes Until It Becomes A Smooth Paste Consistency. Apply This Paste Into The Clean Groove With Suitable Trowel And Press It Properly & Finish The Surface As Per Requirement. Workability Of Mixed System Is Approx 25-30 Minutes At 30-35 Degree Celcius. Correct Water Powder Ratio Is Important For Optimum Performance. After 24 Hrs If Slight Depression/Sag Is Observed On The Applied Surface Apply A Touch Up As Per The Above Procedure. Scope Of Work Shall Be Including Supply Of Injection Materials, Application, Manpower, Machinery, Tools, Consumables Etc. Complete. Apply First Coat Of Appr. 0.75 Kg/Sqm (For Non-Absorbing Substrates-1.00 Kg/Sqm (For Absorbing Substrates) Of Sikalastic-560 On A Length Of Approx. 1M. 1. Roll In The Sika Fab 1 Or Sika Reemat Premium-225 And Ensure That There Are No Bubbles Or Creases. Overlapping Of The Sika Fab 1 Minimum 5 Cm. 2. Apply Second Coat Of Approx. 0.25 Kg/Sqm-0.5Kg/Sqm Coat Right Into The Wet Fleece To Achive The Required Film Thickness. The Entire Application Shall Happen While Sikalastic-560 Is Still Liquid, Wet In Wet. 3. Repeat Step 1-3 Until The Roof Area Is Waterproofed. After The Two Coats Are Dry, Seal The Roof Area With One Or More Additional Coats Of Sikalastic-560 (≥ 0.5 Kg/Sqm Per Coat).
