All kinds of charges are included in the estimated cost.Skilled, unskilled, and semi-skilled labour engaged for services shall be entitled to minimum wages, 13% EPF, 3.25% ESI, etc., as per the guidelines of the Labour Department. Hence, the bidder must include all costs in the tender premium before quoting the tender premium rate. All applicable taxes are include in the estimate cost.
