| 1 | Providing and fixing salipatch of STP/FOSROC/MYK or approved equivalent over damaged concrete / bituminous surface including breaking the loose material preparation of clean surface, laying of salipatch and properly ramming to make good the surface all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. [Measurement will be done on the basis of actual consumption of material in Kg]. |
| 2 | Removing & cleaning of existing expansion /construction/dummy joints by removing all dust and dirt with old damaged backer rod & removing all loose material and re-filling the same by polysulphide sealant (pouring grade) of STP/FOSROC/MYK or approved equivalent brand (conforming to BS -5212) in expansion joints (35mmx15mm)/Construction joint (10mmx10mm) / Dummy joints (10mm x 10mm) including priming of contact surface of the joints with approved polysulphide primer (one coat) including providing expanded polyethylene backer rod of required size etc. completed as per direction of Engineering-in-charge.a) Expansion/Construction/Dummy joints of over required dia of baker rod. (For payment purpose quantity of polysulphide sealant only will be measured). |
| 3 | Repairing of concrete pavement, joints/ cracks/ brocken edges of pavement slabs, damaged pavement surface etc. with Epoxy resin based mortar of STP/FOSROC/MYK or approved equivalent brand and manufacuturer i/c necessary preparation of surface with chiseling, cleaning with wire brush etc. complete and applying primer etc complete as per the manufacturer's specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. |
| 4 | Providing services for regular maintenance of Runway/Taxiways/ Apron/ Isolation bay and keeping the infrastructure in operation round the clock by providing 04 ( Four ) unskilled & 02 semi skilled manpower with all requisite tools and plants with one camper type vehicle of minimum capacity of 5 passengers not less than 1400CC preferable, year of vehicle 2026 including driver, fuel, lubricant and required maintenance with minimum 1500km per month for day to day work. All complete as per the requirement and as directed by EIC. (This work will be carried out on all day). (The contractor is bound to pay the fair minimum wages prevailing at the time of opening of tender and or statutory increase in future by the central govt. during the entire period of the contract). |
| 5 | Providing services of sewer-man / sweeper for cleaning of choked/blocked bottle trap, Nahani traps, EWC, IWC, urinals, wash basin, water cooler, drains, waste lines etc. as per day to day requirement to keep Fire station, Porta cabin, DVOR, Localizer, Glide path building and ancillary building complexes in Operational area to keep free from any blockage by providing 01 sewer-man/sweeper and 01 helper with all requisite tools and plants for day to day work all complete as per the requirement and directed by EIC (This work will be carried out six days in a week). (The contractor is bound to pay the fair minimum wages prevailing at the time of opening of tender and or statutory increase in future by the central govt. during the entire period of the contract). |
| 6 | Providing Technical services for field work, handling day to day services, supervision of work etc. helping the officials as per requirement by deploying required number of High skilled/skilled manpower for day to day work all complete as per requirement and as directed by Engineer in charge (This work will be carriedout six days in a week). (1 High skilled 2 skilled manpower to be deployed to execute the item). (The contractor is bound to pay the fair minimum wages prevailing at the time of opening of tender and or statutory increase in future by the central govt. during the entire period of the contract). |
| 7 | Providing administrative and Technical services for office work i/c operating computer, printer and photocopier and handling day to day services, supervision of office work etc. by deploying required number of skilled manpower as per requirement and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Minimum 2 skilled manpower to be deployed to execute the item). (The contractor is bound to pay the fair minimum wages prevailing at the time of opening of tender and or statutory increase in future by the central govt. during the entire period of the contract). |
| 8 | Providing operator for cutting of grass by mechanical means i.e. by Tractor or Hand cutting machine/manually by talwar on day to day basis by providing 02 Skilled, 02 Semi-Skilled and 04 Un-skilled manpower all complete as per requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (This work will be carriedout six days in a week).
