| 1 | Deployment of skilled auto mechanic and helpers to Carry out weekly maintenance as per weekly checklist Annexure-II of weekly schedule Annexure -III, Transport Motor vehicles, DG sets, Forklifts, 14MT Hydra crane, Fire vehicles, Diesel fire pumps,Electric cart, Electric Jumpo and Dewatering diesel pumps etc. and day to day defects reported, attending rectification, Replacement of radiator hoses, water pumps, valve clearance inspection, accelerator and clutch linkages rectification, brake,clutch propeller shaft, Axles rectification, Exhaust lines fuel lines, Brake lines, Tinkering, Welding, Brazing, Soldering as required and etc. Water servicing and complete greasing and as job requires shall be taken up as per the instruction Engineer in charge |
| 2 | Deployment of skilled auto Electrician, Helper for attending Electrical problems reported day to day basis and rectification of electrical system ,self-starter defects, alternator defects, lighting system of indicators, tail lamps, head lamps, wiper motor and blades rectification .wiring system, initial charging of batteries and maintenance etc. as instructed by the engineer in charge. These jobs shall be attended by auto electrician in site or vehicles and units shall be taken to outside agency for rectification on the basis of requirement and approval of EIC. |
| 3 | Tyre Puncture rectification: Radial and conventional tyres puncture rectification, wheel removal and dismantling and rectification of punctures. Punctured wheel shall be removed from the vehicle, dismantling and rectification of non radial tyres at site. Radial wheel tyres shall be removed from the vehicle and puncture rectifcation shall be done as per the Engineer Incharge Instruction. |
| 4 | Radiator repair works: Motor vehicle radiators removal and rectification of leak by cleaning and arresting leak by soldering. Pressure leak test, and fixing in the vehicles. Radiator shall be taken from HWPT Auto garage to outside repair workshop. Transports charges etc shall be borne by the contractor. |
