Supply Of supply, installation of hmi with expansion i/o module. , supply installation testing and commissioning of renu make fped1210p hmi with expansion i/o module (model: fped1210p) with 8 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs and 1 analog output as per below mentioned i to ix i. description: mounting and mechanical installation of fped1210p module o n customer panel/cabinet, including required mounting hardware, din-rail adaptors, and panel cutouts (if a pplicable). ii. field and internal wiring for fped1210p module - supply of required ferrules, terminal blocks, f errule crimps, cable markers, and wiring from sensors/actuators/plc/hmi as per site wiring diagram; includ es cable dressing and routing inside panel. iii. termination of all digital and analog input/output signals to m odule, including supply of pluggable connectors, screw terminals, surge protection (if required), and labellin g. iv. configuration and programming of hmi and i/o mapping for fped1210p module - include tag mapping , scaling of analog channels, debounce/filter settings for digital inputs, alarm/deviation settings, and creatio n/modification of hmi screens and logic required for proper operation. v. on-site testing, support, and comm issioning of fped1210p module including loop checks for each digital and analog channel, functional testing with connected sensors/actuators, calibration of analog inputs/outputs. vi. optional spare parts - 1 set of pl uggable connectors. vii. site mobilization, travel, lodging and per day charges for vendor engineer(s) for ins tallation, programming and commissioning (as required). viii. description: freight, transit insurance and del ivery charges for fped1210p module and accessories to project site (door delivery). ix. description: annual warranty - include duration of warranty 6 months, remote support, and onsite support.
