| 1 | Design, Supply, installation , commissioning, integration and testing of the advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) including procurement of all necessary hardware,software,programming licenses, documentation with having specifiactions and comprising following : |
| 2 | (a) To perform (carryout) site survey and decide the communication technology and design advanced metering infrastructure system to ensure seamless communication and operation of complete AMI, smart meter system and data availability to all cosumers. The communication technology selected and decided may be suitable for GPRS/4G/LONG Range RF module or any other advanced technology as per CEA/TRAI guidelines. NOTE for 1.00 and 1.01 of BOQ item : Complete Survey report with proposed AMI technology to be provided , shall be submitted by the contractor to the engineer-in-charge and after getting it approved from GE, report shall be submitted to Nodal Officer (Rep of Accepting Officer) for approval in consultation with user. Irrespective of approval of Nodal Officer Contractor shall be fully responsible for proper design,execution and smooth functioning of AMI infrastructure.
