3Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies deck slabs, and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Use & waste of Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing horizontal or slopping similar work not. Exc 200mm thick and flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
6Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for coping for columns, hooking ends and binding or welding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
7Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing 3 mm thick ordinary sheet glass and glazing with oil putty not exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8S&F in repair galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
9Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc 1.5sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out 5mm thick PVC sheet prelaminated on single side and plain on other side reinforced with MS square tube including painting of edges to match with prelaminated sheet, fixed in opening as per specification stipulated in SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
11S&F factory made or fabricated by their authorized fabricator solid paneled PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain cover PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for style and plain PVC sheet plain colour PVC sheet 5mm thick for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail paneling of both side plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles, rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, stiles and rails feathered at edges including fixing in the frame at site as per specification stipulated in SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as directed
12S&F in repair 100mm long aluminum anodised, barrel tower bolts extruded section complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
13S&F in repair 100mm butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14S&F in repair 100 mm Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
15S&F in repairs Vitreous china wash hand basin white flat black of size 550 x 440mm including brackets, and Bottle trap of PTMT having minimum water seal of 25mm. (Minimum weight 32mm-260gms/ 40mm-270 gms) waste fitting 40mm brass chromium plated and waste pipe and 15mm dia PVC connection with brass nuts complete all as specified and as directed
16S & F in repair 15mm dia Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium lated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
17S & F in repairs 15mm stop valve concealed type fancy type chromium plated, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends of iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
18S & F in repairs 15mm bore, fancy type, chromium plated, angle valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
19S & F in repair 15mm bore medium grade tube galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete concealed including groove cutting for concealing to walls & ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

21S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orrisa pattern size 580mm x 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe etc) with CI ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap and fixing in Cement concrete (1:2:4), 150mm thick all round and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

37M&L for applying waterproof wall care putty over prepared surface including preparation of surface (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers of putty) including sanding of the putty surface after drying to achieve even and smooth finish for receiving painting complete all as specified and directed.
38M & L for applying Two or more coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance, of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on newly prepared surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.Note: 1.
