| 1 | Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including fascia cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vacuum machine, scrubber) with sanding pad adjustable size according to height of building of appropriate grit to make surface clean free from dust, loose paint,dirt etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note:The Contractor shall ensure that all labour deployed for operations such as painting, miscellaneous building repairs and maintenance works, electrical repair and installation works, and testing thereof comply with the Contract Agreement (CA), applicable statutory regulations, and the norms of the concerned regulatory authorities. All necessary safety measures, certifications, and compliance requirements shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. No extra payment or claim on this account shall be admissible or entertained by the Department. |

Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 Sqm on putty surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
