| 1 | Repairing of approximately 100 Nos. single cots by providing two additional longitudinal members made of 25 mm × 25 mm × 2 mm MS square pipe, each 2.0 m long, including cutting, fitting, alignment, and welding. The work shall also include straightening/removal of bent portions, repairing and welding of damaged or bent members, grinding and finishing of weld joints, and all incidental works required to restore the cot to its original strength and serviceability. | 2 | Spray painting of repaired/existing single cots (3’x6’6”) with approved synthetic enamel paint of two approved colours and shades, after carrying out necessary surface preparation such as cleaning, removal of rust, old loose paint, dirt, grease, and other foreign matter, followed by application of suitable primer wherever required. The painting shall be carried out by spray application in one or two coats (ref- CPWD DSR specification code no 13.99.1), as required, to achieve a smooth, uniform, and durable finish of approved quality, including masking, handling, shifting, drying, and all incidental works, complete in all respects, as per the standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, IIMT.
