Providing, casting, curing, transporting and erecting Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete High Level (HL) Passenger Platform Wall segments conforming to approved RDSO/Indian Railways drawings and Engineer's approved GAD, using Design Mix M-20 grade concrete produced by weigh batching in batching plant with machine mixing and machine vibration, incorporating approved super-plasticizer (Sika/Fosroc/BASF or equivalent), including all formwork/steel moulds, reinforcement, cover blocks, embedded lifting anchors/inserts, finishing, curing, quality control, cube testing, loading, transportation to site, unloading, lifting, positioning, alignment, jointing with approved non-shrink grout, sealing of joints, temporary supports, all labour, machinery, tools & plants, cranes, leads and lifts, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Flooring) Foot Over Bridge Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murrum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 1.0 Km. beyond the building area & stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary backfilling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. - Payment will be paid as per PCC Plan area. The work includes all labour, materials, cutting, welding, tools, consumables, crane/lifting equipment, safety arrangements, and removal of shoring after backfilling or completion of work, including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable items, all complete as per approved methodology, drawing, and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: i) 60 kg PSC sleeper, Fish plates, Fish bolts, ERC clip, rubber pad, GFN liner, etc. will be supplied by Bridge And Roof free of cost. ii) Track linking will be done with panel rails, the un-loading of which is to be done by the contractor. To carry the panel rail srack to site and un-loading from BFRs, initial track Iinking will be done with second-hand rails with fish plated joints. After unloading panel rails from BFR at site, the second-hand rails shall be replaced with panel rails by doing Through Rail Renewal(TRR). Rails (Panel Rails and Second-Hand Rails) will be supplied by Railway free of cost. The cost of transportation of second-hand rails from the point of availability to the site and subsequently transportation of released rails from site to PWI store as directed by the EIC will be made as per Item no. F.8.
