| 2 | Description:- Installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of Label Edge Router (LER) as per RDSO Technical Advisory Note (TAN) No. STT/TAN/IP-MPLS/2020 Ver 3.0, Amd-1 or latest with non-blocking throughput of 160 Gbps full duplex or higher. The router should have console and SNMP interface, FAN Modules, Dust Filters, Dual main control card modules in redundant design supporting 1:1 hot stand by mode. Redundant 48V DC power supply modules etc., including connecting cables and fixing accessories from day one. The IP-MPLS router should support minimum 8x10G, 32x1G, 2xSTM1 and 2x16E1 CES interface (G.703) modules.The Router should be equipped with following interface cards and modules. (i) 4 x 10G (Optical) interface equally distributed in two cards, each minimum 2X10G SFP+ interface card, along with 4 no.of 10 G (40KM) SFP+ modules fully loaded suitable for single fiber as per site requirement. (ii) 8 x 1GbE optical interface equally distributed in two cards, each minimum 4X1GbE interface card, along with 8 no.of 1 GbE (10KM) SFP modules fully loaded. (iii) 4 X 1GbE copper interface card to connect various networks of station (iv) 16 x E1(G.703) interface equally distributed in two cards each minimum 8x E1(G.703) interface card. (Inspection by RDSO). This also include \\"Installation of switches, with power distribution panel and all accessories in the Rack (19\\") , DDF, Aluminum runway ladder, necessary ofc patch cord etc and their testing and commissioning. This also includes termination of all E1's on DDF, connection of pigtails, optical patch cords, CAT6 Cable and 48 V bus to the IPMPLS equipment including supply of wires and connectors. It also includes proper mounting of rack, provision of Aluminum runway ladder, casing and capping and conduit pipe as per requirement at each station and other necessary materials supplied by Railways from Stores for installation. (Conduit pipe/casing and capping with ISI standards, aluminum runway ladder, Optical patch cords and UTP patch cords and all other miscellaneous materials should be supplied by the contractor). |

| 5 | Description:- Installation, wiring and testing of battery sets and battery chargers for optic fibre circuits. This includes installation of AC and DC power supply distribution board with MCB's of suitable rating, wiring of external alarm contacts, Fixing arrangements for battery and charger in the equipment room with 25 sq.mm Multistrand single core Copper cable PVC insulated from Battery charger to Battery with suitable copper lugs crimped/soldered to it, 16 sq.mm Multistrand single core Copper cable PVC insulated from battery charger to power distribution panel in the rack with suitable copper lugs crimped/soldered to it.
