14Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for the existing 500 KLD Activated Sludge Process Sewage Treatment Plant at Thejaswini / Technopark Phase I Campus from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028, excluding routine plant operation and shift manpower deployment, which are covered separately, but including complete routine, preventive, scheduled, corrective and breakdown maintenance of the existing STP and associated systems as per the Special Conditions of Contract.The scope shall include preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, breakdown attendance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, routine servicing, inspection, testing, minor repairs, dismantling and reinstallation wherever required for maintenance, calibration/recalibration of applicable instruments, lubrication, alignment checking, gland/packing adjustment, minor rectification and replacement of routine defective/worn-out/malfunctioning minor parts, routine spares, minor components and accessories required to keep the plant in safe, reliable and satisfactory working condition.The CAMC shall cover all existing STP units and associated equipment including inlet/collection system, screen/inlet chamber, sewage transfer pumps, aeration system, air blowers, diffusers, aeration tank mechanical accessories, clarifier/settling system mechanical accessories, sludge transfer/sludge handling system, filter feed pumps, pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, treated-water/garden water pumps, piping, valves, supports, electrical panels, starters, switchgears, protection devices, instruments, cabling and all allied accessories forming part of the existing 500 KLD ASP STP.The rate shall include maintenance labour, service visits, tools, tackles, testing instruments, routine maintenance consumables, lubricants, grease, gland packing, fasteners, minor electrical/mechanical/instrumentation consumables, routine spares, transportation and all incidental works required for satisfactory maintenance and restoration of the system.Replacement of complete equipment, major equipment, major assemblies and high-value components, including complete pumps, motors, air blowers, dosing pumps, filter vessels, major valves, major instruments/meters, electrical panels, major switchgears, major control components, power/control cabling, bulk filter media, structural/civil components, tanks or any other item specifically covered under the separate replacement BOQ items shall not be deemed included in this CAMC item. Such replacement shall be carried out only after joint inspection, technical justification and prior written approval from Technopark and shall be paid under the applicable replacement BOQ item, approved variation or approved reimbursement provision.Any repair, rectification or replacement required due to negligence, improper operation, delayed maintenance, mishandling, unauthorised modification, poor workmanship or failure of the Contractor to carry out preventive maintenance shall be carried out entirely at the Contractor’s cost and shall not be payable under separate replacement BOQ items.If the plant is required to remain maintained beyond 30.09.2028 due to non-commissioning/non-takeover of the proposed replacement plant or for any other operational requirement, continuation shall be only upon written instruction from Technopark and payment shall be made at the accepted pro-rata monthly CAMC rate.
15Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for the complete 12.5 m³/hr fully automated Reverse Osmosis Plant and associated sewage routing, pumping, dosing, disinfection, piping, instrumentation, electrical, VFD, PLC/HMI, local automation/control hardware, UPS, instruments/analyzers and allied systems installed at Technopark Phase I Campus, for a period of one year after completion of the Defect Liability Period, excluding routine plant operation/manpower deployment and separately listed chemicals/consumables, but including complete comprehensive maintenance of the installed system. The scope shall include routine service, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, testing, calibration/recalibration, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, rectification and replacement of defective/worn-out/malfunctioning parts, spares, components and accessories required to maintain the complete system in safe, reliable, efficient and satisfactory working condition. The CAMC shall cover, but shall not be limited to, RO feed tank, RO feed pumps, SMBS dosing system, antiscalant dosing system, micron filter housing, RO high-pressure pumps, RO membrane system, membrane pressure vessels, RO skid, product/reject headers, UV disinfection system, disinfectant dosing system, RO product water tank, RO reject tank, RO product transfer pumps, ISPS, MSPS, raw sewage transfer system, oil skimmer, Nila OHT dosing system, 1 MLD WTP NF product header dosing interface, electrical control panels, VFDs, starters, switchgears, MCCBs/MCBs/MPCBs, contactors, overload relays, relays, SMPS, meters, CTs, panel accessories, PLC, HMI, I/O modules, communication modules, local automation/control hardware, field instruments, online analyzers, sensors, pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, flow transmitters, ORP transmitters/analyzers, level switches, UPS, cabling, cable trays, control wiring, power wiring, earthing, piping, valves, actuated valves, supports and all allied accessories forming part of the installed system. The contractor shall maintain all equipment and systems to meet the original design intent, approved settings, OEM recommendations, statutory requirements and performance parameters specified in the original tender/approved submittals, including treated water quality requirements, instrument accuracy/calibration requirements, PLC/HMI automation/interlock functionality, VFD performance and harmonic performance/THDi limits wherever specified. The rate shall be deemed to include all labour required for maintenance activities, service visits, tools, tackles, testing instruments, calibration instruments, minor/major spares, OEM/service support, transportation and all incidental works required for satisfactory maintenance, repair and restoration of the system. Cloud platform licence/subscription/application maintenance charges already covered under the original SITC scope shall not be loaded again in this item; however, maintenance of field-side instruments, PLC/HMI interface, communication modules, gateways, cabling, power supplies and local automation hardware required for data availability, alarms, reports and remote/local monitoring shall be included. (Period : 01 October 2028 to 30 September 2029)
16Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for the 1 MLD fully automated Water Treatment Plant with Ultrafiltration and Nano-Filtration technology at Technopark Phase I Campus, for a period of one year after completion of the two-year Defect Liability Period, excluding routine plant operation/manpower deployment, which shall be covered separately, but including complete comprehensive maintenance of the installed plant and associated systems. The scope shall include routine service, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, testing, calibration/recalibration, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, rectification and replacement of defective/worn-out/malfunctioning parts, spares, components and accessories required to maintain the complete system in safe, reliable, efficient and satisfactory working condition. The CAMC shall cover all major equipment and associated systems including raw water collection and homogenization system, raw water transfer and pre-treatment system, pumps, blowers, diffusers, dosing systems, dosing tanks, agitators, dosing pumps, VFDs, flash mixers, flocculators, lamella clarifier mechanism, lamella plates/supports, sludge transfer pumps, disc filter feed/backwash systems, disc filter modules, UF system, UF backwash system, UF acid/alkali/disinfectant dosing systems, NF feed system, SMBS dosing system, antiscalant dosing system, NF system, NF CIP system, UV disinfection system, sludge dewatering screw press, polyelectrolyte dosing system, compressed air system, service water booster system, electrical control panels, starters, switchgears, MCCBs/MCBs/MPCBs, contactors, overload relays, relays, SMPS, meters, CTs, panel accessories, PLC, HMI, I/O modules, communication modules, local automation/control hardware, field instruments, online analyzers, sensors, transmitters, pressure gauges, flow meters/transmitters, level instruments, ORP/pH/multiparameter instruments, cabling, cable trays, control wiring, power wiring, earthing, piping, valves, actuated valves, supports and all allied accessories forming part of the installed system. The contractor shall maintain all equipment and systems to meet the original design intent, approved settings, OEM recommendations, statutory requirements and performance parameters specified in the original tender/approved submittals, including treated water quality parameters, instrument accuracy/calibration requirements, PLC/HMI automation/interlock functionality, VFD performance and harmonic performance/THDi limits wherever specified. The rate shall be deemed to include all labour for maintenance activities, service visits, tools, tackles, testing instruments, calibration instruments, minor/major spares, OEM/service support, transportation and all incidental works required for satisfactory maintenance, repair and restoration of the system. Routine operation/manpower deployment and separately listed chemicals/consumables, if provided as separate BOQ items, shall not be included in this item. 17Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for the 75 KLD MBR based Sewage Treatment Plant at Technopark Phase IV/Kabani Campus for the applicable contract period, including process operation, routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, rectification and replacement of defective/worn-out/malfunctioning parts, spares, components and accessories required to maintain the complete STP in safe, reliable, efficient and satisfactory working condition. The scope shall cover bar screen/screen chamber, raw sewage transfer pumps, equalization/anoxic/aeration/MBR/sludge/treated water systems, air blowers, diffusers, anoxic mixer/agitator, MBR membrane system, permeate pumps, backwash pumps, sludge recirculation/transfer pumps, dosing systems, UV disinfection system, filter press/centrifuge/sludge handling equipment, treated water transfer pumps, electrical panels, starters, switchgears, instruments, level controls, local automation/control hardware, cabling, piping, valves, supports, laboratory/basic testing support and all allied accessories forming part of the installed plant. Routine operation/manpower deployment shall be included under this item. Chemicals and operating consumables separately listed in the BOQ shall be paid only on actual certified consumption; major capital replacements and membrane replacement shall be governed by the SCC/approved variation provisions unless expressly included.
