Name of Work:- TNPGCL – 2 x 660 MW Ennore SEZ STPP –Break down & Time bound maintenance of 42 Nos 1.5 T split AC Units provided at TNPGCL En SEZ STP Project site office and 10 Nos 2.0 T split AC Units provided at En SEZ STPP Admin and accounts offices at Fire station building for a period of one year from the date of commencement.

1Charges for split AC towards servicing 5 KVA rating (1.5 Tr capacity) towards the replacement of electrical components if required such as relay,etc., attending the fault of stabilizer,ie., electrical circuit protections, time delay, etc.,
2Charges for split AC serivicing towards the cleaning of air
3Charges for changing the 1.5 TR/2.0 TR compressor of the split unit Dismantling, fixing and commissioning
4Charges for Split AC gas filling towards vaccuming the AC system, R22 gas charging, leak testing, Changing of capiliary & stainer if required
5Replacement of defective display board replacement in split AC 1.5 Tr and servicing towards cleaning of air including consumables charges etc.,
6Replacement of defective display board replacement in split AC 2.0 Tr and servicing towards cleaning of air including consuambles charges etc.,
7Charges for split AC's towards the servicing of electrical components, such as capacitor, relay, cable lugs, timer circuit, MCB assembly, reassembling testing & trial run and replacement of above spares if necessary
8Charges for refilling R22 refrigiant for 1.5 TR Split AC units, including the cost of transporting, refilling,testing, commissioning
9Charges for refilling R22 refrigiant for 2.0 TR Split AC units, including the cost of transporting, refilling,testing, commissioning
