Name of Work:- CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO TABLE TOP AT KALAGRAM LIGHT POINT AND 3 NOS TABLE TOP AT ROUTE NO 3 ( FROM ST KABIR LIGHT POINT TO NURSERY LIGHT POINT) UT CHANDIGARH.

3Providing and fixing of factory manufactured precast concrete kerb of size 300mm x 300mm having 150mm thickness with one edge semi rounded duly vibrated mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rate further include filling of joints between kerbs / channels with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.N.S.
4Dismantling of Mastic Asphalt / Bituminous concrete/Bitumen Macadam with latest mechanical means i.e. diamond cutter automatic milling machine including disposal of dismantled material with a (average) lead of 3km and credit of retrieved material complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. N.SCredit of Dismantled flexible Pavment material to be recovred by the agency @ 880 per cum
5Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. N.S.
6Preparation and consolidation of sub grade after loosening of the ground upto a level of 100 mm below the sub-grade level, watered, mechanically/manual means and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction complete in all respect in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. N.S.
7Providing and laying in position excluding cement concrete of level: specified grade the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR 4.1.3
8Providing and laying in position excluding cement concrete of level: specified grade the cost of centering and shuttering - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR 4.1.10
9Providing and fixing 80mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete pavers block grey /coloured/ designer polished (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 duly ISI Marked including the cost of best quality colours and hardening agents. The paver should be complied with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over a layer of 25mm thick screened sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S.
10Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 @ 3.00 kg/10 sqm using sprayer pump on prepared surface heating bitumen in boiler and spraying bitumen with spray set fitted on bitumen boiler including cleaning of road surface with complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
11Providing and laying 75 mm thick average dense graded bituminous macadam with mechanical paver after mixing aggregate and bitumen as per design mix in hot mix plant using minimum @ 4.5% bitumen of grade VG-30 of total mix with aggregate confirming to requirement laid in table 500.8 and as per grading II specified in table 500.10 complete as per clause no. 507 of MORT&H specification rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem roller as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired density 2.3gm/cc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
12Providing and laying 40mm thick bituminous concrete as per clause 507 of MORT&H specification with mechanical paver after mixing aggregate and bitumen as per design mix in Hot mix plant using minimum 5.40% bitumen of grade VG- 30 and using both coarse and fine aggregate filler stone dust @2% by weight of aggregate confirming to relevant specification laid in MORT&H specification clause 507.2.2 and 507.2.3 with grading confirming to table 500-17 gradation –II of MORT&H specification and density of bituminous concrete as laid 2.35 gm/cc complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 13Providing and applying 2.5mm (minimum) thick thermoplastic road marking paint for edge line, central line, stop line, segregation line, zebra crossing, arrows and other road signs etc. The thermoplastic material should be homogeneously composed of pigment, hot resin and glass reflectorising beads @0.250 Kg/Sqm. The gradation of glass beads must be as per table 800.4 and properties of material should be as per table 800.3 of MORT&H specification (5th revision). The work should be complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.N.S.
14Providing and fixing of Raised pavement markers (Cat eyes) of make 3m series/ Avery Denninson 80/C-80 conforming to ASTM D4280 type H with micro prismatic lens on both sides with 13 sq cum retro-reflective surface area in each lens, having two no. 3cm shanks and fixing the same with suitable epoxy after cutting the road surface for embedding shanks complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. N.S.
15Providing and fixing Fiber Reinforced Plastic moulded, Fine Finished Cylindrical Bollard of size 1250mm long and 150mm dia made with M-35 mix concrete design using 1250mm long 4 nos., 10mm dia TMT steel bars, 6mm dia stirrups @ 150mm c/c and fixing the retro reflective sheet type IV on consisting 2 cuts of 75mm wide at top the rates futher including fixing of Bollard 950mm high above ground level and 300mm below ground level with C.C.1:2:4 block of size 300x300x300mm including rate for making pit for Cement Concrete Block complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 16Providing and fixing of infromatory board board of Size 1620 x 920 mm made out of 3mm thick ACP Sheet fabricated with frame of M.S. rectangular pipe of 75 x 40 mm (3mm thick) having three numbers pipe In horizontal and two pipes in vertical position. The ACP sheet shall be fixed with aluminum alloy sheet rivets at suitable intervals on both sides of frame. The front side of board shall have retro reflective micro prismatic sheet type IV (HIP) text and matter should be screen printing with transparent ink as per irc standard. for the support of frame the two nos. M.S. rectangular pipe 75 x 40mm having 2100mm clear hight from ground to the bottom of board and 600mm in ground with enchorage of M.S.
