Tender for Improvement Road Surface At Various Lcs With Rubberized Road Surface Under Jurisdiction Of Sr.Den/W/Bkn. , - Manufacturing,Supply And Installation Of Rubberised Level Crossing Pads Of Approved Qualityand Specification At Railway Track By Suitable Clamping Arrangements To Make A Rubberised Road.The Road Surface Is To Be Prepared By Using Multiple Set Of Rubberpads Of Length 1.20 Meach And Each Set Consists Of 2-Nos Rubber Pads Placed Inside The Running Rails And 2-Nos Outside The Running Rail Resting On Rcc Edge Beam. The Item Is Inclusive Of Rcc Edgebeam At The Edge To Retain The Assembly As Per Approved Drawing. The Cement And Steel For This Will Be Supplied By Contractor And Is Included In The Rates. No Separate Payment Shall Be Made.Note:-(1) The Design Of Rubberised Level Crossing System Should Be Such That There Is Nor Equirement Of Check Rail And It Is Easy To Removeand Re-Insert The Rubberpads Whenever Required.(2). Two Set Of Tools Required For Removing And Re-Inserting The Rubberpads Should Be Supplied To The Engineer-In-Charge Free Of Cost.
