| 1 | M&L for removal of existing treatment, all loose gravel cement mortar, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air, roughening and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application loose existing bituminious material manually and with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints & cracks and applying a coat of primer with smart care epoxy primer to seal the pores/ cracks and enhance the adhesion of the coating. • Apply first coat of fibres reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid poymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflective index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 300% to 350%, tensile strength of 1.8 Mpa to 2.9 Mpa and shall have cracks bridging ability upto 10-12 degree celcius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50 mm and allow it to dry for 10 to 12hrs. Apply second coat of undiluted @0.45ltr/sqm and allow it to dry for 4 to 5hrs. Apply third and final coat undiluted @0.45 ltr/sqm all as specified and as per manufacturers specification having warranty for 10 years. (Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator of the company only) . |

| 20 | M&L for chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members i.e RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas etc on external and internal faces , etc for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar). The following steps are to be followed :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust. (ii) Applying epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) pre packed ready to use of n exc 50 mm thickness. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as rcommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. |
