Attending unlimited breakdown calls if any & restoration of the system by minimum possible time 3. Logging all relevant parameters during maintenance & analysis the derived data to assess pre fault alarm if any4. Overhauling maintenance & replacement of different consumable spares like fule filter, coolant, Mobil, Air filter, lube oil filter etc. & emergency spare parts whenever required as per OEM provided guideline to make the system healthy.5. Concerned agency needs to take prior approval of the rate different emergency and consumable spares from the EIC before any execution.6. Must submit service report and maintain a log book at site [format provided by the EIC] and countersign the same after each service provided. Without submission of log book/service report no maintenance bill will be prepared. 7. Agency must depute OEM authorised service provider for doing monthly preventive and corrective maintenance. |
