1Providing and fixing cold insulation on pipes, ducts and equipment using SE(Self extinguisher) type polysterene pipe sections/slabs confirming to IS 4671/3346 of minimum density 16Kg/m3 and for supports 22Kg/m3, hot bitumen 85/25 grade, covering with cement sand plaster including all necessary fittings and fixtures etc.,as directed by the engineer. 25 mm thick with cement sand plaster in controlled areas.
2Providing and fixing cold insulation on pipes, ducts and equipment using SE(Self extinguisher) type polysterene pipe sections/slabs confirming to IS 4671/3346 of minimum density 16kg/m3 and for supports 22kg/m3, hot bitumen 85/25 grade, covering with cement sand plaster including all necessary fittings and fixtures etc.,as directed by the engineer: 50 mm thick with cement sand plaster in controlled areas.

4Providing and fixing cold insulation on pipes, ducts and equipment using SE(Self extinguisher) type polysterene pipe sections/slabs confirming to IS 4671/3346 of minimum density 16kg/m3 and for supports 22kg/m3, hot bitumen 85/25 grade, including all necessary fittings and fixtures etc.,as directed by the engineer. 50 mm thick without cladding in controlled areas.
5Removal of old aluminium sheets without damaging the sheet numbering,storing and sorting at a proper place for easy retrival including all necessary tools, tackles, labour etc., in controlled areas.
6Removal of old rockwool matteress/performed sections without damaging the wool storing and sorting at a proper place including all necessary tools,tackles,labour etc., in controlled areas.
7Removal of cold insulation as directed by engineer, collecting in to bags, getting it surveyed from HPU and disposing as directed by the engineer.
8Refixing of old LRB mattress /sections of various thickness packed and fully encased on both sides with new close twill weave glass clothe (fire proof 7 mil thick) and providing necessary mesh,binding wires/bands and all ancillaries etc., as directed by the EIC in controlled areas.
9Refixing of old LRB mattress /sections by providing necessary binding wires, bands, mesh etc.,as directed by the EIC in controlled areas.
10Refixing of old aluminim sheets including removing graffite /damaged portion of sheets, providing necessary screws,bands etc., complete

17Providing and fixing 0.1 mm thick aluminium foil over pipes and equipment as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Installation of special type of insulation on pipes ducts and equipment using departmental supplied insulation material, as directed by the engineer in charge. (Note: the rate for this item of work shall be inclusive of cost of cleaning cloths, screws and labour. The required quantity of insulation material for this item of work shall be issued free of cost by the department). (First layer of 25 mm) in controlled areas.
19Installation of special type of insulation on pipes ducts and equipment using departmental supplied insulation material, as directed by the engineer in charge. (Note: the rate for this item of work shall be inclusive of cost of cleaning cloths, screws and labour. The required quantity of insulation material for this item of work shall be issued free of cost by the department). (Second layer of 25 mm) in Controlled areas.
20Removal of special type of insulation from pipes and equipment including all necessary fittings and fixtures etc., complete as directed by the EIC, (First and Second layers (both) of each 25 mm) in controlled areas.
21Taking delivery from Engineers Stores, cleaning, cutting, fabrication and erection of lead shielding at various locations as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Lead required for shielding shall be issued free of cost from department) in Controlled areas.
22Removal of the erected lead bricks / sheet from location for maintenance purpose and re-erecting the same for shielding after maintenance at various locations as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge in controlled areas.

28Removal of old aluminium sheets without damaging the sheet numbering, storing and sorting at a proper place for easy retrival including all necessary tools, tackles, labour etc complete in other than controlled areas.
29Removal of old rockwool matteress/performed sections without damaging the wool storing and sorting at a proper place including all necessary tools,tackles,labour etc complete in other than controlled areas.
30Removal of cold insulation as directed by engineer,collecting in to bags,getting it surveyed and disposing as directed by EIC in other than controlled areas.
31Refixing of old LRB mattress /sections of various thickness packed and fully encased on both sides with new close twill weave glass clothes (fire proof 7 mil thick) and providing necessary mesh,binding wires/bands and all ancillaries etc complete.as directed by EIC in other than controlled areas.
32Refixing of old mattress /sections by providing necessary binding wires,bands,mesh etc complete.as directed by the EIC in other than controlled areas.

Supply of Anti Corrosion protection tape for Application on buried pipe lines confirming to AWWA-C-203 & IS10221.Supply and apply of Compatable primer confirming to AWWA-C-203 & IS 10221 for above anticorrosive tape.including cleaning, cutting/dressing etc and fixing on pipes and equipments at all elevation and all areas as directed by EIC in charge in Other than controlled areas.
