2OD85293/2026-2027:Total station surveying with soundings in water body for obtaining reduced levels of bed profile for preparing longitudinal and cross sections of river/stream , locating and dimensioning of underwater structures or rock masses etc. if any, using sounding roads or poles, sounding chains along lead lines as instructed by Department officers with all necessary safety measures extending areas as instructed by the Drepartment officers for both upstream and downstream sides of bridge proper and processing, preparation of drawings in CAD format with various details in different layers and submission of finished drawings with x,y,z cordinates, break lines and spot levels, topographic survey data for creation of DTM of the surveyed corridor compactable with road design softwares like MXROAD, AUTOCADCIVIL, submission of detailed survey data in MSEXCEL,dxf,sdr format etc complete,and all other relevant data in hard copy (5sets) and soft copy and as directed by the engineers in charge
3OD85383/2026-2027:Detailed topographic survey using Total station/mobile Lidar and preparation of site plan with contour intervals of 5mx5m of minimum of 15m on either side of the center line and taking cross section details at 25m intervals on strait roads and 10m interval on curves ( survey includes details of all features as mentioned in the scope of the in plain terrain work within thelimit of survey). The survey shall be include Chainage-wise details of villages and establishing DGPS Control points at starting and ending of the project in pairs and at 4Km intervals (in pairs) in plain and rolling terrains 2.5Km intervals ( in pairs) in hilly terrains. It shall also include establishing inter visible traverse control points not morethan 250m apart with accuracy at least 1:10000 and desirable 1:20000 in distance measurement. Elevations on each of the control points connected to MSL of GTS Bench marks. Using precision levelling. Separate bench marks need not be established. Including Taking sufficient Color copy prints (5nos)
4OD85291/2026-2027:Providing and fixing RCC pillars for DGPS controll points of size 0.30x0.30m,0.5m long 0.1m above ground level and 0.4m below GL casted in M20 grade concrete reinforced with 4 nos of 8mm dia longitudinal bars and 6mm dia stirrups @ 0.15 c/c, firmly fixed in position by means of PCC of 0.1m wide 0.4m deep around the pillers in M15 grade concrete below GL including painting two coats of exposed surface with synthetic enamal paint.
5OD85290/2026-2027:Providing and fixing RCC pillars at every 250m intervals along the road ,of size 0.15mx0.15m ,0.45m long, 0.15m above GL and 0.3m below GL casted in M20 grade concrete reinforced with 4nos of 8mm dia longitudinal bars and 6mm dia stirrups @ 0.15m C/c firmly fixed in position by means of PCC of 0.075m wide and 0.3m deep around the pillars M15 grade concrete below GLincluding two coats on exposed surface with sythetic enamel paint.
6Appendix 2 - Soil Investigation
756.1.a:Mobilization including transportation of all necessary plant and equipment's and materials of boring, field testing and sampling and demobilization after completing the work - For machine boring
856.17.1:Providing access to the site,clearing site and making good to erecting and conducting soil testing transfers within the site and for any other temporary arrangements to be erected within the area in connection with conducting soil testing.
956.10:Hire charges for providing 2 nos of 2nd Class boat with boatman for erecting the platform over which the boring plant is to be erected, and 1 no of 2nd Class boat with 1 boatman for conveying the departmental staff and labour engaged from the banks to platform and back etc.
1056.9.1:Erecting platform over 2 nos of 2nd Class Boat using Mango wood planks of not less than 30 mm thick, Mango wood joists of 100 mm x 70 mm at 60 cm intervals including labour and hire of all materials and dismantling the platform after completion of work etc complete. excluding hire of boats (A Platform of minimum size 6.00 m x 5.00 m will be required)

27OD85433/2026-2027:Data for inventory survey for up to 12m wide road survey work for collecting the detais of road inventories and recording in prescribed format attached based on the chainage marking including marking chainage at 50m intervals and taking details such as existing carriage way width,shoulders width , type of shoulder, width and location of approach road, details of existing drains ,culverts and bridges as given in the prescribed format .attached pavement conditions(details of potholes,ravailing,fog seal,slurry seal edge damage etc ) road safety measures (detail of road sign,crash barrier,guard stone,delineator post hazzard markers ete) and all other existing retaining structures on road ,including documentation charges asper the direction of the officers at site.
28OD86245/2026-2027:Study of Pavement composition by cutting open pit at tar edge to get the details of layers (thickness and type) of pavement composition-at one location as suggested by the engineer in charge,carefully by excavating pit area 1.00x0.60m through over laying bituminious and granular layer including BC,BM,WMM and GSB at tar edge and refilling and compacting the excavated pit to lines andlevels with excavated materials as directed by the departmental officers at site and reporting the pavement composition with photographs and measurements specifying the type of layers.
