| 2 | Repairs to the transmission system of Snow cat sonalika 90 hp by way of dis-engaging of the blade assembly from the prime mover(tractor), disconnecting the complete hydraulic circuitory using suitable hoisting mechanism, tools & tackles safely. The job includes disengaging of electrical and HVAC fittings and then lifting of the bonnet head and Cabin of tractor with great care to avoid any damage to the cabin or cabin window panes and disengaging the rest of transmission system from main engine and dis assembling internal transmission components and removing of damaged Dual Clutch unit assembly as per Standard operating procedures recommended by O.E.M by using suitable hoisting mechanism. The job also includes providing and fitting of new Dual Clutch unit (Genuine New Holland parts) assembly and re-engaging the rest of transmission system with the other transmission internal components and reconnecting the main engine assembly with the transmission system and also reconnecting the hydraulic system and also reconnecting the hydraulic hoses and other linkages and testing thereof. The job must be completed by re-assembling of cabin along with allied accessories and Testing thereof. |
| 3 | Electrical repairs to Snow cat by means of p/f and fitting of Led fog lamps (06 no's), cabin light (o1 no), Rear lights (02 no's), rear working light and replacement of damaged wiring and P/f of new Horn. The job also includes Providing and fitting of 12V emergency Siren provision by way of providing/fitting 12V with allied accessories including wiring, fuses and Toggle switch. Further job includes P/F of Multi-point mobile charger with C and D type cables of Reputed make. |
| 4 | Manufacturing and providing / fitting of Non-Skid Chains Compatible with Tyre of Size 12.2 x 24 fabricated out of EN-8 material alloy steel hardened having crossectional area 12mm x 8mm with proper/suitable locking arrangements one complete job. |
