Supply Of pvc net virgin hdpe high grade , pvc net,fabricated from virgin hdpe high grade, foldable,100% uv stabilised virgi n hdpe polymer extruded mesh with hexagonal aperture shape of 28 mm x 28 mm as per rdso mi ti/mi/0 050 rev.1 along with technical clarification issued by rdso to rites vide rdso ltr.no.ti0lko dt. 12.01.20 23 with following properties, (1) grade of hdpe polymer : virgin (2) thickness : 2.5 mm +/- 0.5 mm, (3) de nsity : 0.94-0.96 g/cm3 (4) tensile strength (kn/m) : minimum value of tensile strength should be 4 kn/m ( test certificate from manufacturer /supplier should be submitted), ( 5 ) mass : minimum 510 gsm (6) dimen sional tolerances : (i) aperture shape :hexagonal (ii) aperture size 28mm x 28 mm (tolerance : 28 mm + 1 mm (ii) thickness of wire mesh is 2.5 mm + 0.5mm (7) melting point : minimum value is 1300c(8) size:- 2 meter width x 25 meter length in a roll.
