| 1 | Disconnecting of HT supply from main panel after switching off 11 KV VCB discharging the supply. Complete drain out of transformer oilfrom transformer into empty oil drum by oil machine, dismantling ofconservatortank and allprotectionrelays,cableend boxes,ventpipes and other items as required. |
| 2 | Cleaningoftransformeroiltank and removing of sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly, cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precaution to prevent the winding damage as required, cutting of old overheated insulation of winding and reinsulation of weak point with the help of HT insulation material and proper taping etc. |
