5Open timbering in trenches depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m including strutting and shoring etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.(Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered)

10Felling trees of the girth beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
11Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete.

36Providing and fixing Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.50mm thickness, Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile Strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting Thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling /self-tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
37Thermal Insulation of roofing with Expanded polystyrene fixed with Type N - Normal 50 mm thick with suitable adhesive to the false ceiling etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
38Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet of 2mm thick corrugated (2.5” or 4.2” or 6”) or step-down (2” or 3” or 6” ) as specified roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
39Providing structural repair to ceiling of roof slab and RCC members including chipping of damaged concrete, cleaning of reinforcement, application of high range zinc-rich epoxy resin for reinforcement steel anti-corrosion coating (two coats) and quality comprises of resin and hardner mixed in equal proportion by volume with minimum 9-10 hours between coats, sprinkling dry sand when 2nd coat is tacky so as to provide rough finish, epoxy bonding adhesive (2.2 sqm/kg) bonding coat on chipped portions, and restoration using SBR polymer modified cement mortar (1:40, 12 mm thick, polymer @ 2% by weight of cement), including scaffolding, curing and finishing as per specifications etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
40Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm.One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. 41Providing sal wood beams including hoisting, fixing in position and applying wood preservative for the unexposed surfaces, etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.
42Providing sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. 43Providing and fixing second class teak wood of 30 mm thick shutters panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete.
