Name of Work:- SPECIAL REPAIR TO PUF SH NO 1139 AND OTHER MISC WORK AT PMS UNDER GE PANAGARH

1Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
2Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs of manhole or septic tank, soak pit and walls, basement walls and in foundation all as specified and directed by EIC.
3M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete for bottom of manhole, etc complete all as specified and as directed.
4M&L type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) providing RCC precast cement concrete as in cover slab for man hole and similar article with plain face set in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and as directed.
5M & L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified.
6M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete as directed.
7M&L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.
8M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix as in slab supported on wall complete all as specified and as directed.
9M&L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), for fair finished surface of concrete, all as specified and as directed.
10Demolition of brick work in built in cement mortar for cracked wall of manholes, septic tank, soak pit , drains etc in foul position complete all as specified and as directed.
11Materials and labour for flyash brick work with old size bricks straight curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius for manholes /septic tank /soak well / drains etc /in sewer and drainage works with old size bricks in CM 1:4.
12Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soilNote : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.
13All as per item No 12.00 here-in-above but depth exc 1.50 m but n.exc 3.00 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.
14Excavating over areas n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
15All as per BOQ Item No 14.00 here-in-before but of depth exc 1.5m and not exceeding 3.00 mtrs complete all as specified.
16Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
17Removing excavated material in soils n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
18Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW/PVC/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

21M&L for 200mm bore, HDPE double wall corrugated(DWC) SN-8 PIPE (HDPE Black Pipe) WITH COUPLER Conforming to IS:16098 Part-II:2013 sewage pipes laid in trenches and jointed as per manufacturer,s instruction with and including all fitting complete all as specified and as directed.
22Material and labour for cement concrete bed to drain pipe for 200mm bore of pipe including forming cradles in Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 complete all as specifiedand and as directed.
23Material and labour for cement concrete bed to drain pipe for 150mm bore of pipe including forming cradles in Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 complete all as specifiedand and as directed.
24Taking down cement plaster from inside/outside of existing septic tank/manholes drain and outer surface of bldgsetc incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
25M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 inside and outside wall of manhole,drain,bldgs, of brick work/concrete suface even and smooth with/ without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
26Material and labour mild steel TMT bar 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia etc as specified.
27M&L TMT bars 10mm dia, and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 150 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars, all as specified and as directed.

32Cutting into existing manholes 150mm dia pipe for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

34Providing and fixing decorative wall panelling comprising a three-layer assembly. The base shall consist of a sub-framework made of 18mm/19mm thick seasoned wood (or BWR plywood strips), arranged in a grid of 600mm x 600mm, securely anchored to the masonry wall with dash fasteners. This framework is to be covered with a substrate of 18mm/19mm thick BWP (Boiling Water Proof) plywood (conforming to IS:710), fixed with adhesive and screws to ensure a perfectly level and plumb surface.The final decorative layer shall consist of High-Density UPVC Louver Panels (Fluted panels) of approved shade and profile. The panels shall be installed using a tongue-and-groove interlocking system, fixed to the plywood substrate with high-strength specialized adhesive and concealed headless pins/staples.
35Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling /terrazo including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
36M&L Vitrified light shade tiles 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade using coloured tiles laid over screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
37S&F Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
38Taking down chowkhats or frame exceeding 1.5 Sq. m but not exceeding 4 Sq. m each with shutter(s) (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and as directed.
39S&F 10 mm thick Toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required including all necessary filling the gap with slicon or other suitable material complete all as specified and directed.
40Supplying and fixing high-performance Solar Control Film, 25-micron thickness, Reflective Type, to the internal surface of existing glass panes. The film shall be designed to provide significant heat reduction, UV protection, and glare control, with a scratch-resistant hard coat for durability.Note : The installation must be carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions using a specialized \\"wet-application\\" method. This includes thorough chemical cleaning of the glass surface to remove all dust, grease, and impurities, followed by precision cutting and squeegeeing to ensure a perfectly smooth finish, free from air bubbles, creases, water pockets, or edge peeling.
41S&F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
42S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.
43S&F Factory made solid moulded PVC door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (style) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick 3D wood grain moulded PVC sheet polyurathane painted on the front face & 2 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face with particle face supply & fixing on frame, as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.
44M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described incl preparation of surfaces and as all specified.
45Dismantling of wall or ceiling borads of any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and as directed.
46S&F for 6 mm thick non asbestos fibrecement designer building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI / Aluminium frame work with screw fixed in ceiling flat or sloping including hangers 4 mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long including anodised aluminium snap grid 605 x 605 mm frame work complete all as specified.
47Taking down carefully aluminium/Copper conductor point wiring (light , fan, socket or powr) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators sockets etc and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc tomatch with the existing completeall as specified and directed.
