Sl. No. Item Description
1SH : I : EARTH WORK.
2Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegitation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of rubbies lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m.
3Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soil (excluding soil containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30 cm size, saturated soil and rock), lift upto 1.50 m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required, into plinth sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50m.
4Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-construction antitermite treatment and errecting chemical borrier under floor and all round the columns, pillars, walls, trenches, bank not excavation top surface of plinth junction of wall and floor among the external perimetre of building expansion joints, surrounding of pipe and conducts etc. complete.
5Re-filling excavated earth in foundations and plinth etc. in 15 cm layer including ramming and watering etc. complete.
6Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
7SH :- II : CEMENT CONCRETE WORK.:-Providing and laying in foundations and plinth cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering.
8Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in :a) Foundations and plinth
9Providing and laying damp proof course 38 mm thick with cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).
10Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mashphalte 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 Kg per Sq.m. on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.
11Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in the proportion recommended by manufacturers.
12SH : III : R.C.C. WORK:- Reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement in : a) 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
13Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but exluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement. a) 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
14Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, beams and bresumers up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. a) 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
15Reinforced cement concrete in suspended floors, roofs, landings and balconies upto floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centring and shuttering and reinforcement with 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
16Reinforced cement concrete work in stair cases (excluding landing) except spiral cases including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface, preparing of the top surface and finishing, nosing upto floor two level but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement with 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
17Reinforced cement concrete work in vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers bands and facias up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding the 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement with M20( 1cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
18Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.
19b) Columns, pillars, posts and struts etc.
20c) Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc.

24SH : IV : BRICK WORK.:-Brick work with best available local bricks in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).
25Extra for brick work with best available local bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor two level.
26Half brick masonry (with best available local bricks) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth.
27Extra for brick work with best available local bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor two level.
28SH : V : PVC AND WOOD WORK:- Door /Window / Ventilator Frames:- Providing and Fixing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded sections of size 75 mm x 53 mm, having wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm). Both verticalssides of the frame reinforced with PVC profile of cross section size 28 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm thickness (± 0.2 mm) and 75 mm x 200 mm long, including reinforcing both ends of the top frame with PVC profile. PVC Door Frame and PVC reinforcement profile to be mitred cut, jointed and fusion welded together, including providing and fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required nos & sizes of anchor dash fastener, all complete as permanufacturer's specification and direction of engineer- in-charge.
29Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of WPC with frame of 1st class hard woodand well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws
30Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flat, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. a) Ornamental Grill.
31SH : VI : STEEL WORK.:- Providing and fixing MS fan clamp type I of 16 mm dia MS bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slabs during lying including painting the exposed portion of loop all as per standard design complete.
32Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc complete (welding to be paid separately).
33Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excludingfixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)
34SH : VII : FLOORING:- Cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. A) 50mm thick
35White glazed tiles 5mm.thick in flooring, skirting, risers of step and dado in 12 mm thickcement plaster 1 : 3(1 cement: 3 coarse sand) painted with white cement slurry
36Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. a) Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red 18 mm thick (slab area upto 0.50 sqm)
37SH : VIII : FINISHING:- 12 mm cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
3815 mm cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall.
39Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface toprepare the surface even and smooth complete
40Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.
41Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.
42Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.
43Applying priming coat with ready mixed genuine red lead paint of approved brand and manufacture on steel work.
44Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand and manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.
45SH : IX : ROOFING:-Providing Alumunium Corrugated Sheet Roofing fixed with 'J' hooks,bolts,nuts, washer with bitumen (the 'J' hook,nut and bolt are as per IS:733 of 1983) and limpet washer filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of the purlins,rafters and trusses. a)Using 0.71 mm thick Alumunium Troughed Sheet
46SH : X : DRAINAGE:-Construction of cement concrete drain 30 cm wide and 23 cm deep in cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 hard graded stone chips/shingle 40 mm and down gauge) 8 cm thick on sides and bottom and plastering on all exposed surfaces with 12 mm thick cement mortar1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including shuttering complete.
47Providing laying and jointing glazed stone ware pipe grade 'A' with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. a) 150 mm dia S W pipe

50Making soak pit 2.50 m dia 3 m deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honeycomb shaft and SW drain pipe 100 mmdia 1.80 m long complete as per standard design.
51SH : XI MISCELLANEOUS:- Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. a) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately).
52Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-incharge . 53Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of stone ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finsihing the top smooth.
54SH : XII SEPTIC TANK:-Construction of Septic Tank 4.5 x2.4 x2 m complete as per standard design & drawing enclosed including gas pipe,all the necessary fittings, sewage network etc as per drawing /plan of Building and specification or as directed by the Engineer in charge.
55SH: XIII BOUNDARY WALL:- C/o 1.8mtr high half brick wall with RCC post 25cmX25cm placed at every 3 mtr apart provided with 3 Rows of G.I. Barbed Wire with angle post aligned with RCC post at the top including 2 nos of horizontal beam of 23cm x 23cm at ground level and at top and Finishing with CM 1:4 including jungle clearance, earth work and all materials complete as per the attached drawing. (quantity may vary as per the requirement at site)
56SH : XIV RCC GATE WITH ARCH DESIGN:- Construction of RCC gate with Arch Design as per drawing attached or as directed by the engineer in charge (i/c MS gate)
